"The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was great, so I had a really peaceful rest. "We were very happy with the hotel!!
1. The location is super!!! You can walk to Tashkent City, Navruz Park, and the market in just 7 minutes. There are several parks nearby for walks!! Shops and a shopping center with great prices!
There's a bank next door and three mobile operators directly opposite, which is very convenient for those who need to get a SIM card.
The hotel has a large swimming pool. There are rarely more than 4 people, so it's perfect for unwinding after a day of walking.
Several metro stations are also nearby!!
Every room has an umbrella in case of rain!!
The breakfasts are excellent!
Room service is magical!!
The rooms are large with sofas and a coffee machine, and the toiletries in the bathroom are very high quality.
The only downside is the outdated wardrobes, BUT the bedding, towels, and bathrobes are luxurious. A special thank you for the linen spray!! The positives outweigh this minor wardrobe issue by 1000 percent.

The only downsides are that the drying area is a bit small, and there are only stairs, so you have to climb up to the 3rd floor."

"Perfect location. Near to the metro ( red line) one stop away from blue line, 3 stops to Chorsu Bazaar. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. They try to help you the best they can. Breakfast was amazing. Alot of restaurants around. However, you can chill at the dining area on the 6th floor in the evening for a beer or when awaiting for your flight/train. The food was great anyway and comparable to the restaurants out there, with lesser crowd. The bed and pillows were comfortable, standard room was big enough for us. Totally enjoyed my stay there and Will recommend to everyone."

2. The Wi-Fi in the hotel leaves much to be desired. In the room, the Wi-Fi signal was barely there and was only available in certain areas. Itâs strange to see this in a new hotel. For people who need a stable connection in their room for work, itâs better to consider another hotel.
3. On departure, we were refused the âlate check-outâ service due to a lack of available rooms in the hotel (the hotel was full, according to the receptionist, who didnât even ask for my room number or those of my friends). However, on the Accor website, rooms in our category were available for booking on that day."

"Our flight was delayed, and the nearest budget hotel was a 15-minute taxi ride away, costing 35,000 rubles each way. I booked it, and we arrived 20 minutes later, almost midnight. The guy was great, checked us in quickly, in two minutes, and he got all five stars. We slept for two hours and then headed to the airport. The beds weren't big, but they were comfortable. We didn't even know anything else after two hours of our stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and North Railway Station, just a taxi ride away. There isn't a subway station nearby; the closest one would be at the railway station, about a 30-minute walk. The rooms are quite spacious, and the hotel was fully booked on the day I checked in (even during the local off-peak season), indicating high occupancy. Among all the hotels I stayed at in Uzbekistan, this one had the most comfortable room temperature, and the bedding was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided detailed information. Luggage storage was also very convenient. Overall, it offers good value for money."

TTrip tips by ZakuroThis hotel was incredibly good for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, and even though the staff were young, they were all very friendly. Here are the good points:
1. The electrical outlets in the room are multi-standard, so you can use your own country's plugs.
2. There's a kettle, coffee, tea bags, slippers, and bottled water provided.
3. There's an elevator, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. This is quite important, as many hotels in Tashkent of a similar standard often don't have one.
4. It's close to both the airport and the long-distance train station, about a 10-15 minute taxi ride.
5. The breakfast is wonderful! The dining area isn't huge, but there's a wide variety of delicious food.
It's centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere. This will definitely become my go-to hotel in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty new so the rooms are in good condition. The breakfast was good too. My mom loved the porridge so much she said it reminded her childhood flavor! The location is also good only 7 mins walk to the metro. The only thing i was icky is the receptionists. They donât know basic communication skills. If i asked a question they ended up answering with mimicking or using very limited words. FYI iâm fluent in local languages. There should be a person who actually talk and answer to questions clearly with full sentences!!! It made me mad and self conscious for my language skills lol.
I asked to use the luggage storage service as we arrived earlier than the checkin time and when we asked to get our stuff, the receptionist just again mimicked with his head pointing the room where our stuff was. I figured heâs asking us to go there and get ourselves and so we did even though they should usually handle our stuff by themselves instead of asking guests to go in a room full of pantry items and other luggage!!
Even though we requested the cleaning services , they didnât change the towels! Whatâs the point of room cleaning if they donât change the towels lol!
I think They could do better if they learn a little bit about customer service.

TTokyoJeffRoom was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

GGuxiaonanThis is a very nice hotel, located near a local residential area. If you're looking for a glimpse into local life, this is a pleasant surprise. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center by subway, and the station isn't very close.
The front desk and restaurant service were excellent.
The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially unsafe.
The air conditioner was loud, and I don't know why, but it really disrupted my sleep. This was a real shame.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV; I couldn't get any channels, but I was too lazy to ask the hotel staff for help. Even if it did work, there were no Chinese subtitles, so I wouldn't have understood anything anyway.
The shower water wasn't hot enough. For me, the temperature was just right, but if you like really hot water, you won't get it here.
The hotel has a swimming pool, but it was January (winter) when I visited, so the pool was closed. Even if it were open, I wouldn't have gone in; I'm not looking to freeze to death in a foreign country.
The breakfast was plentiful: milk, bread, cakes, juice, tea, jam, dried fruit, vegetables, sausages, cheese, and eggs â more than enough to go around.
It's a shame there was no Hu La Tang (spicy soup), and don't even think about soy milk or fried dough sticks.
The hotel staff were very friendly and patient. They could speak a few words of Chinese, but only âa few.â Most of the time, they communicated using translation apps on their phones.
To show respect, I recommend everyone learn to say âSalom,â which means âhello.â The locals will be very happy if you do.

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldnât confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I donât understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests donât need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine Iâm staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) itâs better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe best part of traveling is unexpected delights. I booked this hotel on a whim and ended up staying at a landmark in Tashkent. Hotel Uzbekistan, an old-school Soviet-style building, boasts an excellent location and fantastic views. It's grand and vintage, with a spacious feel. Every photo turns out great, and it was a delightful surprise!

GGuest UserThe area was behind Hotel Uzbekistan, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to Amir Timur Square.
This time I was given a double room, but I wanted a twin, so they changed it immediately when I asked. There was hot water to soak in the bathtub, but the bath plug didn't fit, so the water kept running even when I closed it. It's an old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The fruit at breakfast was delicious. Breakfast started at 6:30, but I couldn't get an omelet until after 7:00.
