Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel feels pretty new, as of summer 2025. Rooms are standard-sized, with the usual amenities for a 4-star hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is actually good and offers many local and European dishes to choose from.
The hotel is located in a residential area, far from subway stations, shopping centers, and restaurants, though taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan.
A big grocery store (Korzinka) is just around the corner.
Our biggest problem (as of summer 2025) was electricity blackouts. They happened on 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. For some time, a huge generator in front of the hotel provided power, but for most of the night, it was completely gone.
Of course, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the city’s policy. Later, we started noticing generators near almost every building in the residential areas of Tashkent.
Overall, it was a nice stay - would recommend. Thank you!
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants. The rooms were quite standard as in most Holiday inns but the service from the staff and the location made this experience really great. Oh and breakfast is very rich as well. Lots of both savory and sweet options!
GGuest UserThis hotel is among the best. Service is impeccable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are highly professional. What I like most is the cozy bar located on the 1st floor of the hotel. I would spend hours in the bar literally lazing away. Will definitely go back the next time.
__M1381175****The hotel is quite large, and while the room layout is a bit unusual, it's spacious enough. A pleasant surprise was the big, well-equipped gym, and another was the excellent breakfast, especially the incredibly delicious meat patty. On the day of check-out, I had to leave early to catch a train, and the front desk thoughtfully packed two large bags of breakfast for me, which I really appreciated.
The location is a bit out of the way, and there don't seem to be any convenient subway stations nearby. There's also not much to do at night. However, Tashkent isn't that big, and taxis are cheap, so it wasn't a major issue.
GGuest UserIt's our second stay in this hotel. Efficient check-in and out, clean comfortable room with spacious shower cubicle, clean towels, good high speed internet. The breakfast buffet variety and options became less compared to our previous stay in Nov 2024. May be cost cutting ?
Tried the set menu lunch - salad, soup, main and dessert with tea, wate for 99k + 12% tax/service charge. Good value and delicious.
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
GGuest UserIt was past 1 AM when we arrived at Tashkent Airport, and the hotel had arranged a pick-up, which was a huge convenience for someone unfamiliar with the place. It's really close to the airport; we were there in just a few minutes. The owner even made sure to confirm with the staff that we had arrived safely. The front desk staff was very welcoming, even in the middle of the night, and helped me mark the train station I needed to go to the next day on a map. The room was quite spacious, and breakfast was decent.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases.
We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!
TTHEODOROS DOULOUMPEKISGreat hotel bit not for noise sensitives. Clean, nice design adequate variety in the breakfastbut but with some great disadvantages: 1. Ventilators of the bathroom do not close (!!) So there is a constant noise in the room - technical dept said they cannot fix it it is the same in every room- 2. There is a loght in the room that switch on bu movement obviously to lead you in the bathroom during the night BUT it wakes up the other guest!!! Great disadvantage that as an engineer i cannot understand whose idea was that
