"I booked a twin room with two separate beds, but was given a room with one double bed. On the day of arrival, there was a flood in the bathroom and I had to call a plumber.
I booked a double room with two breakfasts, but upon check-in, I was asked to pay an extra 1,000,000 UZS because two people were staying. Yes, I probably didn't specify the second person's name when booking. But why was I charged such a high extra fee? They only accept cash in Uzbekistani Som. No credit card payments are accepted. The location is convenient for arrivals and departures; the airport is a 15-minute walk away."

Amazing
JJasonShu96As a desert of quality hotels, Mercure's presence in Tashkent is quite significant. Honestly, though, the rooms are barely on par with a decent budget hotel back home. The location isn't great; it's not far from the airport and train station, making it a suitable stopover. Speaking of breakfast, it's pretty varied, especially with the freshly cooked Shin Ramyun, which is a real comfort for the Chinese palate. However, the service isn't all that – no concierge helped with luggage upon arrival. Still, for the price, it's an acceptable place to stay.
GGuest UserThis was my first time in Uganda, and I chose a Chinese-owned hotel. Even though I was far from home, I still felt a sense of warmth and familiarity. The hotel's decor was luxurious and elegant, and the staff were all incredibly humorous, witty, and friendly. I had a perfect little getaway (and the beef noodles in the morning were a real treat for a Chinese palate!)
GGuest UserI liked it very, very much — the cleanliness, the location, and the service were all excellent. It’s in a very good location. I also ordered breakfast to the room, and I didn’t expect it to be such a big breakfast. There was an incredible amount of food for just one person, and it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and very kind. I really liked it.
KKaixuanguilai!nieNew hotel! The twin room had two 1.3m single beds, not the 0.8m ones shown on the website. The draft beer at the lobby bar was good value at around 20 RMB for 0.5 liters. Breakfast was also good. Using a ride-hailing app linked to a credit card was convenient. The service was friendly. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Amir Timur Square, where you can catch the red double-decker hop-on hop-off bus for sights like the Amir Timur Museum, the Grand Bazaar, mosques, and other city attractions. We even ran into a Chinese tour group there.
RRafaelluisThe staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport . The service is like ritz Carlton but a fraction of the price. If i come back in tashkent i will definitely stay again at this hotel.
GGuest UserNice staff and excellent breakfast. As everywhere one should not expect a broad variety of diary products, but one is compensated by fresh vegetables and fruits. Rooms are spacious. Heating only by air condition.
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk in a straight line, making it ideal if you want to be close to the station. The hotel facilities are new and kept very clean. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The bathroom has amenities such as a toothbrush, shaving cream, and a comb. Everything in the room is very modern. The mattress on the bed is a bit high; I didn't have a problem with it because I'm tall, but I think for a shorter person, the bed would be a bit high. There's a construction project next to the hotel, but fortunately, you can't hear any noise with the windows closed, so don't worry, it's not a problem. Breakfast is very good; it's a buffet with a wide variety of breads, fruits, nuts, sweets, cheeses, yogurts, chocolates, etc. You can also order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or any type of eggs you like. The restaurant staff is very friendly and always attentive to everything.
NNightwolf90I stayed for three nights. It's a good boutique hotel overall. Breakfast has all the basics, and I enjoyed the mini samosa on the first day. Background music would be nice, as it's strange to eat in complete silence.
I thought the pool and sauna would be great – a full-size large pool and a gym in a separate fitness club nearby. But in reality, you have to carry your things and walk outside, and it was chilly. The receptionist didn't explain any rules. They also didn't want to let you in without slippers or give you a towel. Basically, I took a dip once, sat in the sauna for 5 minutes, and then didn't go back. It's always more convenient when everything is in the hotel.
The receptionists were helpful with any problems, so I'm grateful. The rooms aren't cleaned daily; they only take out the trash when you press ”clean the room,” and they clean up. Otherwise, they might not have come at all for three days.
It would have been nice to have a shaving kit in addition to the dental kit. And change the liquid hand soap—it's a collective farm, at least install a decent, pretty dispenser.
There are also restaurants nearby, convenient. It's also a 10-minute drive from the airport.
I highly recommend it.
MMeiwanmeile2017The hotel's location is great, with many shops nearby. The overall decor is quite refined, and the room facilities are complete, making for a comfortable stay. However, upon check-in, the tax amount quoted by the front desk didn't match what I was told when booking, leading to a lengthy discussion. The breakfast selection was decent, but the staff there were also quite cold. In summary, the hotel facilities are good, but the service is lacking.
