Amazing
VViktoriya2303Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts have been mentioned many times before, and they truly are excellent. But I especially want to highlight the hotel staff! Everyone was friendly and hospitable: the folks at the front desk, the waiters, the housekeepers – all very pleasant and caring people. It felt genuinely heartwarming to stay at this hotel. Thank you!
GGuest UserSwissôtel, Tashkent: The epitome of luxury! 😍 I've stayed at Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental, but for 1200 CNY, this place offers the service and facilities you'd expect from a 2200 CNY Hilton! 🥇 The bedding is superb, though the view from the window isn't great. 👀 #Swissotel #LuxuryExperience #BestValueForMoney #TravelAccommodationRecommended
BbiiaaVery well located hotel walking distance to Amir Timur Square and Uzbequistan Hotel. The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast has lots of local and international options.
KKonstantin82Hotel is the best one I have ever stayed in Tashkent. Nice breakfast, nice spa zone and swimming pool, good staff focused on your comfort. Rooms are big, tea, coffee, water etc. and daily renew. Warm floor Bathroom is full of everything you need. Separate space for clothes and luggage make the stay more comfortable. Close to Airport and appr. the same distance to the city center. Good restaurants in the hotel and on Shota Rustaveli Street close to the location.
What bad to find, I hardly ever remember... The view is on nothing, let me say, simply houses or same chain hotel construction. If it is important. Metro stations are far, not the best place to stay for Subway. But no need to go there - taxi is cheap (from main Street and for cash is even cheaper).
GGuest UserOverall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.
RRafaelluisThe staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport . The service is like ritz Carlton but a fraction of the price. If i come back in tashkent i will definitely stay again at this hotel.
GGuest UserA small hotel. Rooms are on the second floor. We stayed in a room facing the street. The restaurant tables are under the window, which isn't very comfortable. In the evening, people are dining, talking, and smoking. Opening the window is impossible because it's noisy and smells of tobacco. Breakfast is okay, but not very varied. There's everything you need to stay hungry. They even make porridge upon request. The kitchen staff is friendly and pleasant. The pool and gym aren't located in the hotel itself, but in the Fitness Club next door. This isn't very convenient because there are a lot of strangers in both the gym and the pool. Overall, everything is fine.
LLee Cheng TohHotel staff is also very friendly, just when paying the tourist tax in cash SOM, they need around 10 mins to get you the change of balance and of course, they round up and they have minimal of cash, so you may consider to pay by card better.
Taking Yandex taxi is consider very affordable, from Amir Timur square to HOtel is around SOM20k and we walk about 10-15mins to metro station from Hotel. The nearest is Chorsu Station. Using Yandex Map or Goole Map is find.Taxi to Aiport for Comfort + Car is around SOM40k. Metro paying cash is SOM3k/pax/entry.
OoddishNo one helped with luggage upon arrival. The room's cleanliness and facilities were subpar. The shampoo dispenser was empty, so I had to rinse the bottle to get out the last bits for washing my hair. There was a strand of hair in the toilet when I first entered. I needed the Wi-Fi password and it took two phone calls and over 20 minutes for someone to come up and input it.
The room itself was relatively new. The personalized welcome card and the nut platter on the table were nice touches. The breakfast selection was extensive and the quality seemed decent.
GGuest UserComfortable hotel, with everything you need.
There is a massage room and if time allows, be sure to visit 👍Shaira has golden hands🫶 after a tiring journey and long walks, she helped to relax and stretch your muscles 🤝♥️
A clean pool with cool water is an obvious plus in hot weather.
