"The room itself is quite decent. Electronic key card entry. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent.
The biggest issue is the almost complete lack of internet and the staff's indifference to fixing it."

GGuest UserThe hotel feels pretty new, as of summer 2025. Rooms are standard-sized, with the usual amenities for a 4-star hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is actually good and offers many local and European dishes to choose from.
The hotel is located in a residential area, far from subway stations, shopping centers, and restaurants, though taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan.
A big grocery store (Korzinka) is just around the corner.
Our biggest problem (as of summer 2025) was electricity blackouts. They happened on 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. For some time, a huge generator in front of the hotel provided power, but for most of the night, it was completely gone.
Of course, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the city’s policy. Later, we started noticing generators near almost every building in the residential areas of Tashkent.
Overall, it was a nice stay - would recommend. Thank you!

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at Hampton.
The team was accommodating and kindly granted us both early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. They also provided secure baggage storage, as we went up to Chimgan and returned the following day — very convenient.
Housekeeping was excellent. The room was clean, linens were fresh, and the towels were bright white and spotless. Pillows are on the softer side, so do ask for firmer ones if that’s your preference.
The room itself was spacious, with a large TV, and comfortable overall. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around.
Staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was decent, with some variation each day, and there’s a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch.
Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel with friendly service.
Special mention to Ms Hilola for her excellent customer service.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 day we wish the staff were more understanding with an issue with our booking. We booked twice by mistake but would not offer a refund. The hotel said it was trip.coms decision to offer a refund and trip.com stressed it was the hotels responsibility. 🤷♂️

ККрыловаИринаХороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

GGuest UserI booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you!
Negative aspects:
—-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here)
—-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working!
Positive aspects:
—-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one!
—-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive.
—-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much )
—-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better
—-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there!
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

AAnonymous UserThe location is a bit remote, but overall, it's pretty good. It's clean and well-maintained. This hotel is quite suitable for Chinese guests, as the power sockets are compatible with Chinese devices. I also ran into quite a few Chinese business travelers here.

GGuest UserBecause the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night.
The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !

Cons: Very obviously, the facilities are extremely old and poor. We booked three superior rooms, and the air conditioning in two of them was unusable (it was incredibly noisy when turned on, louder than sleeping in a train station, the whole room vibrated, and it only blew room temperature air with no cooling effect, so we had to turn it off and open the window). In the third room, which faced away from the road, we didn't turn on the AC so we don't know if it worked (but it's highly likely it didn't). The AC in room 1 is shown in picture 1, and the AC in room 2 is shown in picture 2. Moreover, the air conditioners were covered in dust and seemed like they had never been cleaned. You absolutely cannot book this hotel in the summer. If you sleep with the windows open, it will be very noisy outside. The toilet felt like it was installed later; it wobbled intensely when sat on, to the point where I was afraid to sit on it fully, fearing it would break off completely.
