I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay at Regenta Place Amritsar, where the exceptional service and prime location made all the difference. The staff truly stood out they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, from hassle-free early check-in to promptly addressing any needs that arose . Its convenient location near the Golden Temple and other key attractions made getting around the city effortless . ur experience at the Sarovar Premiere in Amritsar was absolutely amazing! Security staff at the entrance, reception, bell boys, housekeeping were all very efficient and helpful. In the restaurant the food was outstanding and served very well. In particular Baljeet serving us during meals was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to serve some brilliant cuisine from the menus. We definitely recommend this hotel for its hospitality and for wedding events as we encountered some colourful functions. Popat family

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

The location is good, the room sizes are pretty good too. But thats the only good part. The room feels very odd, the beds, pillows, all furniture is discomforting. The TV is miniature sized. Overall, they could have done so much better with the service as well as room interiors for a much pleasant stay.

The rooms were very good. Neat and clean and maintained very well. The staff is courteous and very good with their hospitality. The food there is amazing and served hot. The hotel is also well located. The Golden temple was a 15 min walk from the hotel. The only negative if I have to call out is the external presence of the hotel.. seems like just a building on the road. The reception is at Level 1 which required one to climb a few stairs.

Overall new hotel, room has good interior but small size. Can't keep bags and open it. Daily morning no hot water, have to call for a bucket full water. Breakfast served in room only but no place to sit & eat, so we avoided it and went city side. Lunch, dinner out of question. No support from hotel fir taxi-cab. You need to manage on own. Hotel sold out to some new entrepreneur so management have no right hospitality guidelines yet. They even charge extra for water bottle. Any food is pure vegetarian only. ( but we didn't tried any lunch dinner) overall service is average.

Value for money. Good location and excellent service. Will definitely stay again

Overall is good hotel, staff is friendly and nice. Location is good as well but hotel is pretty old and need to be refurbished urgently.

Staff is excellent over there. Only thing to improve is something on the maintenance of property. It's such a beautiful one but still if get better would become a 5 star.
