羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

DdolphinzxqThe service was very good, although the Sikh foreman at the front desk was a little taciturn, but after we arrived at the hotel late the first night, the air-conditioning sound in the room was too loud (the hotel equipment is really outdated), and I changed it quickly after I proposed room.
There are not many types of breakfast, which are generally the same in India. You can't have too high requirements to be full. Hotel location is a bit biased, there are no small shops around, my husband went out to buy water for about 20 minutes. Riding TUTU to the Golden Temple is about 50-100 rubles, which is cheaper.
Equipment, bedding is really old, hygiene is still very clean.
If it wasn't for the day when I checked out that I accidentally noticed that there was a spot of unwashed oil on the end of the quilt, I should have given a high score, but it was really uncomfortable and I found it after sleeping for three days.

SSukhvinder KaurEnjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place.
Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

GGuest UserI reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.

The staff is courteous and very good with their hospitality. The food there is amazing and served hot.
The hotel is also well located. The Golden temple was a 15 min walk from the hotel.
The only negative if I have to call out is the external presence of the hotel.. seems like just a building on the road. The reception is at Level 1 which required one to climb a few stairs.

The room feels very odd, the beds, pillows, all furniture is discomforting.
The TV is miniature sized.
Overall, they could have done so much better with the service as well as room interiors for a much pleasant stay.

GGuest UserOverall new hotel, room has good interior but small size. Can't keep bags and open it. Daily morning no hot water, have to call for a bucket full water. Breakfast served in room only but no place to sit & eat, so we avoided it and went city side. Lunch, dinner out of question. No support from hotel fir taxi-cab. You need to manage on own. Hotel sold out to some new entrepreneur so management have no right hospitality guidelines yet. They even charge extra for water bottle. Any food is pure vegetarian only. ( but we didn't tried any lunch dinner)
