SSinitaChopraOur stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional.
A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

アアイティI think Cospa is a good hotel in Amritsal. I think it is a convenient location as it arrives from the airport in about 20 minutes by Uber. The room was comfortable without any problems. Near the hotel is a liquor shop selling ”sake” and a pub called The Beer Story, which may be good for sake-loving travelers. The area where the hotel is located is not so chaotic compared to the area around Amritsar Station, so I think it is a safe and secure location overall. I wanted to see an event of changing guards on the Wagaborder on the Pakistan border, so I asked for a private tour (transfer by round-trip private car) for 3500 rupees. A driver with a Best Western badge came to the lobby on time. On the border, he was waiting in the parking lot for about an hour during the ２ ceremony and came back safely.

SSukhvinder KaurEnjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place.
Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

GGuest UserITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest User“Mostly great stay at [Hotel Name]. The location was ideal—walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and modern, bed very comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Only downside: Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evenings, and the hallway noise was noticeable. Still, highly recommend for the price and convenience. Would stay again with earplugs!”

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options . Its convenient location near the Golden Temple and other key attractions made getting around the city effortless . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Amritsar.

GGuest UserOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

GGuest UserThe foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the golden temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, i am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting amritsar. All in all- a satisfactory stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.
