GGuest UserOne of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

GGuest UserOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

KKevin GurbaniMy 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

GGuest UserWithin our 13 days tour this hotel had the best hospitality. It is completely value for money, the worth of the rooms are more than what they charge for and the staff is very welcoming, cooperative and sweet. They help you with whatever you ask for and do their best to serve you. It is also very close to the golden temple which is another perk.

AArdiansyah205For those of you looking to stay near Amritsar airport, this hotel could be an option. I checked in at 11 p.m. and received good service. The hotel offers a paid pickup service. The room was standard, with a spacious bathroom, air conditioning, and a fan. There is no elevator, but the staff helped carry my luggage. The door to my room couldn’t be locked. However, for a short transit stay, it’s acceptable. It’s not recommended for a long stay.
