What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The value was unbelievable—I was amazed to have both a comfortable room and a nice breakfast included at such a great price. In the evenings, the lobby came alive with the sound of Mahjong. At first I overheard it from my room, but soon I found myself charmed by the passion and energy of the elderly gentleman leading the game. It added such a unique cultural touch that made the stay unforgettable. Overall, this hotel was full of character, comfort, and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely return.

Home Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. The room is very clean, like going home, the environment is very good, there is a tea room in the lobby on the first floor, very close to the pedestrian street, convenient for foraging, the snorkeling creek fish and dumplings taste really good. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Cleanliness is good, but amenities and fixtures needed updating. Overall, still a good value for money given that's it's one of the cheaper options you'll find. Money Saving Tips: 1. If you are coming from Wenzhou South Station, take the S1 line to Dezheng Station (3 stops), and from there, book a ride hailing service like DiDi... it will only cost you 15-20 yuan.... if you book from Wenzhou South direct to the Hotel, it can go up to 50yuan one way. 2. Bike-sharing is available in Wenzhou through Alipay, *******, or DiDi. You can bike going to Wuma Pedestrian Street and Wharf going to Jiangxin Yu Islet. It's not very far and it's a good way to have a feel of the city.
