I booked this hotel for my friend who was coming over. The hotel was very clean, parking was convenient, the service was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable; he didn't feel tired at all while sleeping.

Very clean and warm hotel, the location is also very good, very close to shopping malls, commercial streets, piers. I would also like to thank the staff here. When I checked out, I forgot the engagement gold ring on the table in the room. I didn't realize that I forgot to bring it. The hotel called and said that our ring was forgotten on the table. At that time, we had boarded the boat to Beibei Island. After two days, we took it. The front desk lady on the evening of May 3 was particularly responsible. When I went to get it, I checked my personal information very seriously, very responsible and gentle. patient. We came to travel from Suzhou, really because this hotel and the front desk lady have a good impression of Ruiyang. Because I was in a hurry to go back, I didn't ask the front desk lady to have a cup of milk tea. Thank you again here.

This is a fantastic guesthouse. The room matches the pictures perfectly, and it's very clean. The owner is incredibly kind. We had initially agreed to arrive at midnight, but due to traffic, we didn't arrive until 2:30 PM. The owner was still waiting for us and immediately directed us to parking, offered umbrellas, and helped with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, as shown in the picture. Refills of steamed buns and porridge were free. Working in the city every day, I hadn't had a proper home-cooked breakfast in ages. The guesthouse has a great location. It's usually a 5-minute drive to the Lingyan intersection. Even on holidays like May Day, you can walk 5 minutes to the Fangdong traffic control intersection and ask the staff to help you flag down a car to Lingyan for a transfer. The owner taught us all this, which made things much easier and prevented us from getting stuck in traffic during the May Day holiday. I highly recommend this guesthouse when visiting Yandang Mountain. You can see Fangdong right from the door!

Excellent hotel! Located on the street where most restaurants and shops are located. There is a bus to attractions within a three-minute walk. If you wish, you can walk to the bus station in just 15 minutes. Chinese breakfast: rice porridge, tofu, vegetables, bun. They don't provide water or tea, so bring your own for breakfast. The hotel is noisy, but this is a feature of the city. All the hotels on this street are of the same type; you are unlikely to find anything better. At least it’s clean and calm here.

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Home Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. I am very lucky that she arrived in the hotel and met herl before I travelled to Beijing. I really enjoyed my stay and seeing the robot delivering to rooms.👏 👏 😊 😃 Sameleene 🇵🇭 🇵🇭 🇵🇭

This trip to Wenzhou was fortunate enough to see its beautiful scenery, enjoy delicious bayberries, and most importantly, stay in a wonderful hotel. Looking at this view, I'll definitely come back again next time.

Room was quite small, but bed was good. No water bottle was provided. The receptionist said, they don’t have supply of water! Toothbrush, comb was on the reception desk, you have to go there in order to bring those to your room. Room floor was old, and wooden color almost faded away. Air conditioner was working, but it was making weird sound as it was an old A.C. Washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had so much dust near the closestool. Also, the washroom door’s screw was loosened, so it felt like it’s gonna fall.

This is a budget hotel that offers spacious rooms and convenient location. The staff are helpful and despite the language barrier, are able to assist efficiently. Cleanliness is good, but amenities and fixtures needed updating. Overall, still a good value for money given that's it's one of the cheaper options you'll find. Money Saving Tips: 1. If you are coming from Wenzhou South Station, take the S1 line to Dezheng Station (3 stops), and from there, book a ride hailing service like DiDi... it will only cost you 15-20 yuan.... if you book from Wenzhou South direct to the Hotel, it can go up to 50yuan one way. 2. Bike-sharing is available in Wenzhou through Alipay, *******, or DiDi. You can bike going to Wuma Pedestrian Street and Wharf going to Jiangxin Yu Islet. It's not very far and it's a good way to have a feel of the city.
