SStephLiAn amazing hidden family-managed courtyard located at immediate distance from Dalongqiu Scenari Area. The service was amazing, very warm and attentive to our requests. Upgraded freely by the management in a big room given a direct view in the landscape of Yandangshan. Room was ready before the check-in time, and completely clean and impeccable, with a strong emphasis on the traditional Chinese design. Special mention to the two lovely managers who gave their best throughout our stay: advices, gifts, and always helping with a smile. Breakfast was atypical yet yummy. Icing on the cake - they also managed our departure from the hotel to the train station at their expenses. Stayed for 1 night, but wish we could stay longer. Needless to say - absolutely recommended place and will share it around me.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the core area of Ouhai District, only a 10-minute drive from Wenzhou South Railway Station. It is super convenient for both high-speed rail travel and commuting in the city! The Ouhai District Government is nearby and Atlantic Intime City is within walking distance, providing a complete range of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, checked in efficiently and quickly, and took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding recommendations. Room service was very responsive and any needs were addressed within minutes of calling. As a person with mysophobia, I am very satisfied with the hygiene of the hotel! The room is clean and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the room is clean and bright.
There is no pressure when stepping on the floor. The overall hygiene standard is very high and I felt very relieved during my stay. Orange Crystal's hardware facilities exceeded expectations! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I slept soundly; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with sufficient water pressure, and the bathing experience is great. There is also a Bluetooth speaker. Whether you are on a business trip or a tourist accommodation, this Orange Crystal can meet your needs. Convenient location, considerate service, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, I will choose it next time I come to Wenzhou

XXiaoyaobuyiThe room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Plus, they provided late-night snacks, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. My only minor complaint is that some of the room facilities felt a bit dated, and the bedside outlet was loose and wouldn't charge my devices.

GGuest UserThe location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed.
What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time.
Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

MM2g26jfsj****Staying at the Xin Zhuo Hotel was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust or stains, and it felt bright and well-organized. The bedding was soft and odor-free, leading to excellent sleep quality; I woke up feeling refreshed. The air conditioning ran quietly, not disturbing my rest. WiFi was fast and reliable. The front desk staff were very attentive and efficient during check-in. The hotel's location is convenient with good transport links and complete amenities. Overall, a great stay experience.

LLatsamy MEKSAVANHOverall: is a 10/10 a front desk guy and a doorman were so nice, we got our room upgraded to the executive on the 12th floor! comes with our own huge balcony! Which is perfect for a smoker. Thank you!🥰
- Location was good: they were hotpot buffet, convenience store, kfc, noodles, candy shop etc nearby, 10-15 mins walk to Wanda plaza (shopping mall) and 10 mins drive to Longwan airport
- Cleanliness was nice, the cleaning lady keep asking if we wanted them to and they keep bring fruits to our room everyday haha (it was cute)
- They have a beautiful outdoor water garden on the 3rd floor if I’m not wrong (breakfast floor) so don’t forget to take a look!
- Ps: They also have the laundry room ( I love how organized it was) and they gym was cute, good for a small workout

GGuest UserWe had an amazing experience here. The location is perfect for exploring Yandang Mountain—it’s just a short walk to the entrance of Lingfeng Scenic Area, which made our hiking trips so convenient.
This place is peaceful and elegant. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and helpful. They provided us with great suggestions for our itinerary, which really made our trip more enjoyable and stress-free.
The breakfast was healthy and delicious, with a nice variety of options to start the day right. Our room was also charming and uniquely decorated.

Let's talk about the feeling: the gate is a bit messy, it should be the construction site, the front desk is at the entrance, the check-in is fast, and the law is quite satisfactory. Drive in and park the car and have a shuttle bus to pick it up. To be honest, this buddy's service attitude is really bad, there is no smile, it is hard, and it does not help to take things. It will just rain. I don't know if it is this reason. The hotel lobby bar, a manager, took us to the room and introduced the hotel. The hotel environment is really good, but unfortunately I didn't go shopping on rainy days. The room is not bad to be honest, but the price details are not good. Some stickers on the wall should be left by other guests. It is not cleaned. It feels bad. In addition, I wanted to make a private soup. The one-time one is not very good. Contact the housekeeper. What to say about the health problem we have to do it ourselves (then you cleaned the room and didn't you come in, and you didn't step on this film when you were in the shop). In the evening, the service staff sent rose petals and champagne to the room. The girl who sent the things came in directly. My boyfriend sat on the sofa and was not dressed. The ”surprise” at this time may also become redundant. It is recommended to ask for the bath time early. Overall, the hotel hardware is very good, the room is also very large, including toiletries, the environment is good, the boss is spending money, the washing is a perfume laboratory, very good! ! It is also recommended that the housekeeper should contact the hotel early. After booking, it is shown that the guest needs to contact the hotel one day earlier.
