"The room was quite small, especially the bathroom. The showerhead was directly overhead, making it impossible to adjust the water without getting soaked. The sink was tiny, but the faucet was so long it reached the center, making it a challenge to wash your face without bumping into it, and spraying water all over the small counter. However, the service was absolutely incredible, scoring over 120 points! The front desk staff were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. The hotel's breakfast, lunch (light meals), afternoon tea, and even the snacks in the mini-fridge in the room were all complimentary. Breakfast was abundant, and the afternoon tea offered a great variety of snacks, including several kinds of fruit. There's also a self-service laundry room and a small gym. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Wuma Street, and you can also check out Mochi (Ink Pool) behind it. The adjacent fresh market brought back some nostalgic memories."

"We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even upgraded us to an executive room. The room was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights, and every day when we returned, there were complimentary fruits, snacks, and desserts waiting for us on the table, and they were different each day! This hotel is fantastic. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. We'd definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance."

"Facilities: The room features smart controls for lighting, TV, curtains, and even the toilet, which is excellent and modern. The decor style is also exactly to my taste. Unfortunately, all the family rooms are on the second floor, and the soundproofing in the surrounding rooms isn't great.
Cleanliness: The room was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
Service: I especially want to commend the cleaning staff; they were very friendly and always willing to help. The front desk offers complimentary ice cream, freshly ground coffee, tea, and roasted sweet potatoes. On the 9th floor, there are free washing machines and dryers.
Breakfast: It's a typical Chinese breakfast, with all the usual offerings โ solid and satisfactory."

"I'm quite particular about hotels, and this time I stayed at a hotel that offered incredible value for money!
**Ambiance:** My child booked it for our trip. Initially, I was drawn to its excellent location, being within walking distance of Wuma Street. However, I didn't have high hopes for the ambiance, thinking it might be an older, dated five-star hotel. To my surprise, the room looked comfortable and luxurious, a stark contrast to the lobby. The bedding was also very comfortable. It's an established five-star hotel that truly pays attention to detail.
**Facilities:** All the equipment looked new. There was even a dedicated vanity for women. The bedding was comfortable. Importantly, the lighting design was well-arranged, all soft light, unlike the harsh white lights and spotlights many hotels use. The switches were also easy to use, not a confusing cluster of buttons by the bed. However, the air conditioning/heating seemed to be broken as the temperature wouldn't go up. The TV also didn't support screen mirroring.
**Service:** From the front desk to housekeeping, all the staff were smiling, and they handled and answered questions promptly and enthusiastically. When I left, they even gave me a thoughtful little gift bag.
**Hygiene:** The entire room was white-themed, so any speck of dirt would be obvious. It was clean and tidy. There was also a faint, signature five-star hotel fragrance.
It was a wonderful discovery on our trip."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sanyang Wetland. We stayed on the 21st floor, which offered a much wider view overlooking the wetland, making us feel incredibly relaxed. The hotel room's facilities are all new, the bedding is comfortable, it's very clean, and the amenities are also new. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, with both Chinese and Western options, and the Chinese dishes were all very well-prepared. The hotel staff provided attentive service; they greeted us whenever we saw them and were always ready to assist, making our stay very pleasant."

"The rooms aren't small at all.
The location is super convenient, right next to a night market, and there's another one nearby (perfect for late-night BBQ cravings, and it's super cheap!). Downstairs, there's a small convenience store (great for snacks and drinks). Plus, it's just a few minutes' taxi ride to a street with tons of shops and restaurants. This place is convenient for getting to many spots, and it's also very close to the South Station.
Most importantly, the rooms have smart toilets, which is a big deal for us Malaysians who aren't used to using toilet paper ๐ญ. Also, there's a washer and dryer downstairs, which is a lifesaver for keeping things clean and hygienic during your trip.
(Oh, and the front desk lady is really lively, cheerful, kind, and friendly! ๐๐)
All in all, if I ever go to Wenzhou again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. It offers great value for money. (I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so I'll just use other pictures instead.)"

GGuest UserThis hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets โ we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service was excellent! We were greeted with fruit and sweet potatoes upon check-in, and even received a small gift when we left. The lobby had an abundance of bottled water, popsicles, and even some daily essentials like dental floss. The location is also superb, right on Wuma Street and very close to Mochi Park, so you can walk to all the attractions ๐. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a smart toilet, a large screen TV, and a massage chair. The front desk lady was lovely, very gentle and provided great service. It's truly a fantastic hotel. My only regret is forgetting to take some pictures, but it really is a wonderful hotel.

JJinnie S.Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

I came to Wenzhou for eye surgery and saw this was a newly opened hotel, so I stayed for 2 nights. The experience was so good, I just had to leave a review.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic: it's super close to Jingguang Pagoda and Songtai Park, and also Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. You can even see the pagoda from your window, which really sets the mood!
The room is very comfortable: newly renovated with a modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet is very convenient to use.
Attention to detail is a bonus: the room comes with a tea set, and it's so pleasant to brew a pot of tea in the evening while enjoying the mountain view. The overall experience was superb.
Special shout-out to: The hotel's front desk staff, both the young men and women, who reminded me to watch my step every time I entered or left. Also, the housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic whenever I saw them. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. ๐๐
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou.

GGuest UserThe location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed.
What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff โColaโ was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time.
Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

AAnonymous UserThis trip was with my parents. The hotel parking was convenient. The executive mahjong room was larger than I expected and included complimentary drinks. There's a clothing wholesale market across the street, perfect for those who enjoy shopping. The hotel facilities and mattresses were quite good. The only downside was that our room was on the 10th floor, above the restaurant. Around 12:30 AM, people were still dragging chairs upstairs, and the street was right below. The soundproofing from the windows was also mediocre; those sensitive to noise should consider this!

SSameleeneHome Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay ๐.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. I am very lucky that she arrived in the hotel and met herl before I travelled to Beijing. I really enjoyed my stay and seeing the robot delivering to rooms.๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

hotel provide a very good picup service and drop off in the airport free of cost. it was a nice experience. they send car exclusively for me. they can speak English a little. it is so helpful for me.
When I checked in the hotel i realised that the hotel reception people and others are so cooperative and helping minded guys. . the room are very neat and clean. all required amenities are available in the room.
different types of foods are available by the next building.many restaurants are available nearby.
i stayed one day in this hotel. i recommend this hotel to business travelers and family also solo travelers.
