When I checked in, the front desk offered freshly baked sweet potatoes and tea, which was a really thoughtful touch. They also told me about the hotel's facilities: there's a self-service laundry room with a dryer on the first floor, and I could even hit the gym if I wanted to. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza nearby and a night market in the evenings, which is quite fun. They also proactively told me that it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport, which was great since I had a flight the next day. The Olympic Sports Center is also very close. The best part is that the hotel provides three meals a day! Both lunch and supper offer freshly prepared main courses for free. There's a large, free parking lot right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend it, haha! I'll definitely be back next time.

The most therapeutic moment during a trip is undoubtedly staying in a hotel that exudes warmth at every turn. I was immediately touched by the front desk lady's genuine enthusiasm during check-in and was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The dedicated butler service was exquisite and thoughtful; from check-in details to any questions I had, they always provided detailed answers, truly addressing every inquiry. Whenever I needed supplies or had a sudden request, a call to the front desk was immediately answered, showcasing their incredibly high efficiency. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, ensuring every area was spotless and dry. Relaxing in the spacious, upgraded room, shedding the fatigue of travel, made the entire journey easy and enjoyable. This stay was truly delightful.

The hotel's proximity to the South Railway Station is a plus. We booked a twin room, and a heads-up for business travelers sharing a room with a colleague: there's no door to the toilet, which can be awkward when changing after a shower. The frontline staff were alright. However, it seems the hotel and management are more interested in making money! I was traveling with two adults and two children (one 1.45m tall, one 1.25m tall) and booked for three nights. I asked if breakfast could be complimentary for the children. Initially, the staff said the taller child would be considered an adult, as anyone over 1.4m is charged 72, and children over 1.1m are 36. They offered one complimentary breakfast for the older child, and I'd pay 36 for the younger one on-site. I was fine with that, but upon reconfirming, I was told the 'complimentary' breakfast for the older child was only for one day. I asked the dark-skinned, slim, glasses-wearing male manager at the lobby why, despite staying for three days, only one day's breakfast for one child was complimentary. He said the hotel's authorization was only for one day and that for the other two days, they could only offer me some bread and drinks. I felt brushed off and certainly didn't feel like the hotel appreciated my three-night stay.

The room was clean and the latex mattress and pillows were unusually comfortable. The room was very quiet, I didn't expect to sleep happily until dawn during the trip. Dry and wet separation is done very well. The shower is large and very comfortable. The TV is a big projection, but we don't watch TV and videos, so it's useless. The front desk and service staff are very welcoming. An extra bath towel and a pack of paper towels were sent soon. Breakfast is cost-effective, 28 yuan a piece, not 48 in Trip.com . In fact, even 48 a piece, the price is very good. There are shrimp, glutinous rice, green dates, very delicious. Recommended.

From a personalized airport pick up/drop off service by a very friendly and professional young driver to an amazing hospitality service provided by the Reception and cleaning staff, I could not have hoped for a better stay during my short transit in Wenzhou. The room was perfect for my needs (non smoking and with a view), it is super clean, spacious and had all the amenities once can hope for. The breakfast was awesome too, with a wide variety of choice for food and drinks. The homemade soup was just divine! Special thanks to the Reception crew who went above and beyond to help me navigate through an issue with my airline booking (not related to Ibis). They are always smiling and even if English may not be their first language, we could easily communicate via translators. Finally, if I was to rate my entire experience at the Ibis Styles Longwan Airport from 0 to 100, I can hand on heart give them 100 as they demonstrated all the customer service qualities and attributes associated with perfection! The hotel has a good location, with some tourist streets within easy reach. The room itself is reasonably clean, but there are some stains on the walls, and the shower drain is clogged and doesn't drain well. The bed is simply amazing, clean and soft. 😌 The room has no unpleasant odors, good soundproofing, and a lovely view from the window. One significant drawback is the lack of an elevator. Travelers with heavy luggage, especially women, might have a hard time lifting it, as the stairs are very steep and high. But thanks to the receptionist, she helped me lift and then lower my suitcase; otherwise, I wouldn't have managed on my own. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. 😊

The best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Perfect for families with kids! The bedding is so soft and comfortable. The hotel has its own beach and a kids' playground. You can go crabbing and collect seashells at low tide, so there's no need to rush to other attractions. Coral at the front desk was very thoughtful and attentive. The sea view from the room is super convenient. Overall, the holiday vibe is fantastic. It's really suitable if you're bringing children to Dongtou.

Room was quite small, but bed was good. No water bottle was provided. The receptionist said, they don’t have supply of water! Toothbrush, comb was on the reception desk, you have to go there in order to bring those to your room. Room floor was old, and wooden color almost faded away. Air conditioner was working, but it was making weird sound as it was an old A.C. Washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had so much dust near the closestool. Also, the washroom door’s screw was loosened, so it felt like it’s gonna fall.
