"This was my first time visiting Wenzhou, and after seeing all the excellent reviews, I chose this hotel. When I checked in, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helped me with my luggage. From the moment I entered the hotel, my hands were free! A friendly lady offered me hot tea and delicious roasted sweet potatoes 🍠 – they were super tasty! As soon as I arrived, I could smell the sweet potatoes. The lady also mentioned that all the snacks, drinks, and ice cream 🍦 at the front desk were complimentary. I immediately enjoyed some treats upon arrival. I arrived quite early and even caught the afternoon tea ☕️, which included freshly ground coffee and fruit 🍉.
After check-in, the lady escorted me to my room, explaining everything in detail along the way, which was very thoughtful. She had even turned on the air conditioning in my room beforehand, so it was wonderfully cool when I entered – truly a thoughtful touch! The room was also very clean and even had a massage chair 💆. Once I sat in it, I didn't want to get up.
The hotel's location is excellent as well. It's a short five-minute walk to Wuma Street, and Jiangxin Islet is also very close, making it convenient for taxis. When you leave the hotel, they thoughtfully provide iced water, so you don't even need to buy water outside – I love it! 😍
The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options, all buffet-style. They even had Wenzhou's specialty sticky rice and fish cakes. The sticky rice was even better than what you can buy outside, and they had a well-stocked salad bar 🥗. After eating, I didn't even feel like having lunch.
Checking out was hard to do. My car was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and the hotel's check-out time was 2:00 PM, which was fantastic! I didn't have to check out early and suffer in the heat outside. My stay was excellent, and choosing this hotel in Wenzhou was definitely a great decision. The value for money is superb, and I'll definitely come back next time!"

"This ***** New Year, I brought my family to Wenzhou for a few days and chose to stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Wenzhou South Station.
True to the reviews, the hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and provide excellent service. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone dined in an orderly fashion. The hotel offers great privacy; it felt like there weren't many people around, but it was actually fully booked.
I must give a special mention: without prior notice, it was my son's birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a special gift and a fruit platter. It was a wonderful surprise!
Overall, this stay deserves a five-star rating. It allowed my family to enjoy a pleasant Spring Festival holiday in Wenzhou."

"This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus.
One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk."

"I stayed here for four nights and five days. Let me start with the pros: The location is unbeatable, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The service and breakfast were decent, no issues there. Now for the cons: The biggest drawback is how dated the facilities are. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a distinct 'old smell.' Even the front desk staff's chairs were worn out, which gave a very poor first impression. Inside the room, the toilet was still a traditional manual flush, and so were the curtains – no smart amenities whatsoever, which feels incredibly outdated in this day and age. There were old stains visible everywhere on the room walls and floor, and many of the wooden furnishings were clearly aged, as was the hairdryer. The bathroom sink faucet leaked if turned on too high, and one of the window latches was broken, so it wouldn't close properly. I really suggest the owner invests some money to renovate this place! The current state of the facilities doesn't match its star rating, its prime location, or its price."

"One of the best hotel i've ever stayed at.
What i like:
- Good location. Just an alley away from the Wuma street, plenty of food nearby, plenty of shopping spots. Close to everything.
- The smart room. it really lives up to the name, everything in the room is well thought out. plenty of outlets, plenty of storage space, the smart bidet, the vanity is well designed. The room is not big but it doesn't feel crammed. The TV is huge. And the best part is the massage chair!
- Quietness. At first i was worried because the hotel is on the street, but you can choose room that is not facing the street. I was worried it's gonna be uncomfortable not having a window, but they design it cleverly. They create an indoor corridor with fluorescence light so that you can feel like facing outward and not totally jammed in the room. For someone who prioritises quietness, I really like this part.
- Breakfast and snacks. The breakfast line is more than sufficient, there are so many things to eat, fresh noodle, fruits, yogurt, steamed buns and so on. And throughout the day there're free snacks in the common area like ice cream, sweet potato and snack bags. These details really make the stay more pleasant. They even served fruits to your room daily if you didn't pick it up at the front.
- The staff. They are really hospitable, for this small hotel, i didn't expect much but they have great service. From checking in, a staff walked you to the room and explain everything. They greeted us every time we go in and out.
- Facilities. There's even a small gym in the hotel. Free water bottles. And a computer you can use.
Overall, there's nothing i can complain about this hotel. If i ever go to Wenzhou again, i will definitely stay here."

"The service was great, and the room was very clean. We originally booked a twin room for three people, but they upgraded us to a family room for free, which made us really happy! The service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shower water wasn't very hot, but maybe that's just because girls tend to prefer hotter showers! Overall, it was still very good. All the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic, and the gentlemen were handsome. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Wenzhou! 😄😄"

"My overall experience at Wenzhou Yongtang Garden Hotel was absolutely perfect this time. The hotel's design and ambiance are top-notch, from the floral arrangements in the lobby and the faux fireplace to the exquisite and tasteful soft furnishings in the artsy restaurant. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect. The location is superb, very close to Wuma Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around.
The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively guided me through check-in, patiently and courteously explained the floor amenities, breakfast times, and convenient facilities, answering all my questions. I even met the hotel owner, who was also very humble and polite, treating everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, showing genuine care in every detail.
The room hygiene was impeccable. There was no odd smell inside, the bedding was clean and flat, and the desk, mirror cabinet, and TV corners were wiped spotless. "The new hotel really impressed me, it didn't disappoint! I took the high-speed train from the South Station to Wenzhou for a connecting flight the next day. I wanted to visit Jiangxin Island and happened to see a new hotel had opened nearby. I was initially hesitant because I hadn't heard of the 'Yusheng' brand before, but staying there truly exceeded my expectations. The concierge and front desk staff were all very welcoming. When they heard me cough a few times upon arrival, they immediately brought me a glass of warm water, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room upstairs also didn't disappoint; all the facilities were new, and there were no unpleasant odors. For this brand's first hotel, I think it's already doing exceptionally well. My visit to Wenzhou this time was a bit rushed for the connecting flight, so I only had time to explore Jiangxin Island, which is closest to the hotel. I'll definitely come back to Wenzhou next time and will choose Yusheng Hotel again!"

Guest UserThis hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets – we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the latex mattress and pillows were unusually comfortable. The room was very quiet, I didn't expect to sleep happily until dawn during the trip.
Dry and wet separation is done very well. The shower is large and very comfortable. The TV is a big projection, but we don't watch TV and videos, so it's useless.
The front desk and service staff are very welcoming. An extra bath towel and a pack of paper towels were sent soon.
Breakfast is cost-effective, 28 yuan a piece, not 48 in Trip.com . In fact, even 48 a piece, the price is very good. There are shrimp, glutinous rice, green dates, very delicious.
Recommended.

Jinnie S.Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

deiris11The hotel's proximity to the South Railway Station is a plus. We booked a twin room, and a heads-up for business travelers sharing a room with a colleague: there's no door to the toilet, which can be awkward when changing after a shower. The frontline staff were alright. However, it seems the hotel and management are more interested in making money! I was traveling with two adults and two children (one 1.45m tall, one 1.25m tall) and booked for three nights. I asked if breakfast could be complimentary for the children. Initially, the staff said the taller child would be considered an adult, as anyone over 1.4m is charged 72, and children over 1.1m are 36. They offered one complimentary breakfast for the older child, and I'd pay 36 for the younger one on-site. I was fine with that, but upon reconfirming, I was told the 'complimentary' breakfast for the older child was only for one day. I asked the dark-skinned, slim, glasses-wearing male manager at the lobby why, despite staying for three days, only one day's breakfast for one child was complimentary. He said the hotel's authorization was only for one day and that for the other two days, they could only offer me some bread and drinks. I felt brushed off and certainly didn't feel like the hotel appreciated my three-night stay.

Airport is only around 10 minutes away by car. Inform the reception counter a day before your flight to avail free airport drop off. They won't be able to send you if you don't reserve a slot. Staff are helpful and straight to the point. Breakfast is at the Wyndham hotel, which is around 50 meters walk through Radisson's back door.

Parked for one night, the next morning a flat head screw on the tire, the next morning a few small guys in the garage downstairs kept staring at me and my car. I can't say they must have done it, but it is possible. There was no problem with the tires on the first day. The next day, I ran out of the parking lot and I heard the sound of the screws hitting the ground. There is no camera at the parking location. It is strongly recommended that the hotel manage the parking space! Install monitoring equipment! ! ! Photo Look at the large screw with a flat head

Room was quite small, but bed was good. No water bottle was provided. The receptionist said, they don’t have supply of water! Toothbrush, comb was on the reception desk, you have to go there in order to bring those to your room.
Room floor was old, and wooden color almost faded away. Air conditioner was working, but it was making weird sound as it was an old A.C.
Washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had so much dust near the closestool. Also, the washroom door’s screw was loosened, so it felt like it’s gonna fall.
