房間很乾凈，前台服務態度很好，我在大廳坐了一會兒，路過的每個人前台都會詢問是那個房間的。我覺得非常好，加上電梯是刷卡才能上去的，我覺得對我們的人生安全很有保障，很好。早餐也很豐盛，什麼種類都有，符合各種人的口味，需要什麼東西直接問前台就好了，衹要是酒店有提供的她們都會給的。很好的一次體驗，一起來的朋友他們都覺得非常的不錯，下次有機會來温州的話還是會選擇這個酒店的。

1、收200按金，什麼年代了還要按金，體驗感差
2、連個中央空調都沒有，收費229，就酒店的設施對不起這個價格最多170到頂了
3、馬桶陳舊，都不知道哪個垃圾站裏卸下來的，見圖
4、牙膏擠一次就沒了，還要叫人送
5、房門就是個隔板，一點隔音效果都沒有，外面説話聽的清清楚楚

房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，造型剛中有柔，盡顯温州地域建築風情。房間都是外窗。酒店四面都可以曬到太陽，白天可感受陽光的明媚，洗衣房也有配套的，有烘乾機和洗衣機，烘乾機真的很香，來温州兩天都在下雨 ，酒店的烘乾機給我解決了衣服不乾的煩惱。

房間還可以，温州有下雨，樓下有公用的雨傘，感覺還可以，出行方便，便捷交通四通八達，性價比高不錯住的還可以，哈哈哈哈哈房間衞生條件很好，客房打掃的乾乾淨淨的衞生很好，下次還會來的間乾淨衞生，家庭出行首選，特別滿意，給這次出行加分最好的是電梯刷卡很安全，房型寬，裝飾高檔，乾淨衞生，條件很好，。推薦的 下次還要來入住呢喜歡的
