4.5晚入住當天要求:不要頭和尾的房間，結果前台女孩給安排了電梯隔壁！首先既然顧客提出要求肯定就是經常出差對細節有要求，但是這個前台還是把我安排到了電梯隔壁，我想請問難道不是以顧客的訴求為第一嗎？入住時間大概7點左右當時沒有注意到電梯的響聲，因為有空調的聲音在，大概11點準備睡覺時 就感覺每間隔一段時間就會有轟隆隆的聲音，我以為是機房在工作，當時就想着多一事不如少一事，但是這個聲音一直持續到很晚，衹要有顧客就會坐電梯所以基本快明天才睡着！當晚並沒有特別生氣就衹是覺得不安靜，但是！！！早上出門的時候我才看到原來給我安排的是電梯房，合著我頭頂着電梯呆了一晚！！本來出差就很累想着好好休息一下結果你還安排了這樣一個房間！想問一下前台那個女孩你的職業道德在哪裡？我既然提出了要求，你為什麼還要把我安排在這種房間？第一次入住就這麼欺客嗎？外地人入住就這麼區別對待嗎？你是否在當晚安排房間的時候問一下我這個房間可不可以？你的職業素養在哪裡？
