酒店距離五馬街很近，步行就能去。酒店有自己的免費停車位，是地下停車位。酒店門口的地面停車位是要收費的。酒店工作人員的服務是比較好的，燒水壺有點問題，一説馬上就給換了個新的。電視打不開，通過房間的電話給服務枱一説，馬上就有服務員過來幫助搞好。服務員發現抽紙不多了，馬上主動添加了抽紙。

酒店地處温州繁華街道，前台工作人員服務特別熱情，由於停車場在酒店樓後，車位比較緊張，她們主動幫我引導汽車進停車場，領我們非常感動。房間乾淨整齊，衞生間洗浴也不錯 。早餐工作人員知道我們要早走出發，提起讓我們就餐。這是我們多年旅遊中入住多家如家酒店第一次碰見前台工作人員和餐廳服務人員這麼熱情為顧客服務。另外酒店附近有許多餐館，就餐比較方便。
