The hotel is very conveniently located near a park and a shopping area (Wuma Street) with lots of snacks and food choices. This is the hotel of my choice whenever I come to Wenzhou. The breakfast buffet has always been decent.

I booked this hotel because my mother was having a banquet here. The hotel is pretty old but it’s one of the first grand hotels back in the day. It used to be 5 stars decades ago but now it’s getting a little ragged. The banquet hall and the food they served was nice though. I would recommend this hotel to older traditional Chinese couples. Younger couples may not like this hotel. The location is good though and it’s very easy to get a taxi in Wenzhou.

We came to Wenzhou for tourism and chose a hotel that is closer to the city. Ms. Zhang and Ms. Tang at the front desk were very nice. They delayed my flight in the afternoon and recommended us to Wuma Street and some Wenzhou specialties in the morning. The service was really good. The room was relatively clean. The hotel is in the city center and it is very convenient to get in. The tower next to it is very beautiful

The location is good, parking is convenient, the facilities are a bit old, but the quality is good, the breakfast is very average, not matching a five-star hotel, the most surprising thing is the service, especially the lobby doorman, who chats among himself and treats the guests as nothing, which makes people speechless.

This is the hotel I stay at most when I return to Wenzhou. It has a good location. It is diagonally opposite the Wuma Pedestrian Street, with Songtai Mountain on the left and Renmin Road on the right. It is convenient to go anywhere. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, very clean. Although it is an old five-star hotel, it has been renovated, with high cost performance and considerate and meticulous service.

The room was not clean enough, there were hairs in the washbasin, and the buffet. The waiter at the cold stall had a very bad attitude. They also look down at customers and us.

The Ctrip local tour package I signed up for included one night in a five-star hotel. I chose the Overseas Chinese Hotel. Because I had a Ctrip Platinum Card, I got a free upgrade to the executive room. I also chose this hotel for the next two days and booked a king-size bed room, which was also upgraded. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and have a good service attitude. Except that it is not a new hotel, everything else is fine. The main reason is the strategic location. It is a ten-minute walk from Wuma Street and the Jingguang Temple is right next to the hotel. I will choose this hotel next time.
