The hotel location is just great, very close to Wuma street, in addition to that, there are clothes and food shops around the hotel. The room was quite small yet clean and cozy. And the breakfast buffet was varied and yummy; I enjoyed my coffee with the nice view. Will definitely stay in there whenever I'm in Lucheng!

The room space is okay, there is a massage chair, and the bath water is really good. Xiao Wang at the front desk was enthusiastic and considerate of the customers. He prepared hot water and hot red food for the baby, and gave good guidance on attractions, transportation and food on Wuma Street. The hotel is in a good location, just walking distance to Wuma Street and Tanghe night paintings. Aunt Zhang, who makes noodles for breakfast in the hotel, is really hard-working. The children said she is a warm-hearted aunt and will stay here next time she comes to Wenzhou.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

My friend booked this hotel for me while I I traveled to Wenzhou to meet a group of people. I was told this was a five star hotel. I took a screen shot online and sent it to her. The name of the hotel is in Chinese. My friend could not find this hotel on English website. So she searched by location and found this one , the picture and the address were exactly the same as the one I sent it to her. But it’s not hotel , it’s apartment . Anyway she booked it for me. When I got there , I found out this tower did have 5 star hotel in the lower floor between 1-24. The apartments were on the higher floor. They had separate entrance and front desk. It’s weird. Obviously the hotel’s front desk looked luxurious. I checked in my room , it had nice views. The room is big and clean. Next morning I went to the hotel to have breakfast, pay extra 68 yuan. Also tour the hotel. Their rooms were bigger and looked nicer. You pay what you get. I paid half of their price for the room. The other people from the group laughed at lme how I booked 3 star apartment in 5 star hotel property.

Hotel is near the subway station that’s 10 stops away from the Railway. About 20kms from Wu ma street. There are shops around the corner. Buffet breakfast was at Wyndham but food are just so-so. A bit disappointed with the limited food choices knowing Wyndham is somewhat a famous hotel. They don’t accept early check in. The suite room is not the same as the photo. The request for bed before booking was accepted but when we arrived, they don’t have extra bed so we were given a different room. Pool was also closed for the holiday. However, the staff William speaks English and was very helpful.
