The room is neatly decorated and any problems can be dealt with in a timely manner. The location is very good, next to the MixC. The view from the room is also good and you can see the sunrise. When I checked out, Allen Yan's service made me feel very warm. He helped me move my luggage and gave me a small gift.

The room was really comfortable and very clean. The massage chair really relieved the fatigue of driving for a day. The child really likes this floor-to-ceiling window. The young lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, she also helped to send it to the room, and helped to send it to the parking lot when checking out.

Love this hotel. Insanely helpful and thoughtful staff, great breakfast, beautiful pool/sauna/spa. Location isn’t the best but the view of the river is spectacular and Wenzhou has multiple “downtowns” so it isn’t a big issue. Favorite hotel chain by far after staying here and constantly look for affordable Shangri-La options every city I visit.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

The location of the hotel is in industrial area which was perfect to me. Staff is efficient and friendly. Cleanness is just OK . Amenities as you can expect . Overall good place to rest
