Charming hotel in a quiet part of the town. The hotel is conveniently located for the main station, mountain railway and the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean, even if the bed and floor creaked. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful toen.

Am Anreisetag kann man ab 15 Uhr einchecken, doch im Empfang ist niemand. Ein kleines Schild besagt, wo man jemand finden kann. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant. Wir hatten mit HP gebucht und konnten nur ein Griechisches Restaurant nutzen. Das bedeutet, jeden Abend den gleichen Salatteller und je 2 Uso .Man hatte auch keine große Auswahl an Speisen. Gleich beim ersten Abendessen war das Fleisch sehr trocken und die Leber verbrannt. Nach dem 4 . Abendessen haben wir dann auf die bezahlte HP verzichtet und uns Gaststätten in Wernigerode gesucht. Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet aber sauber. Leider liegen einige Zimmer mit den Fenstern zum Innenhof und das Schloss von Wernigerode ist nicht zu sehen aber dafür hat man abends einen schönen Geräuschpegel vom Griechischen und Indischen Spezialitätenrestaurant. Es war uns bekannt, daß der Parkplatz 5 € pro Nacht kostet aber man hat kaum eine andere Möglichkeit seinen Fahrbahren Untersatz wo anders abzustellen und das wird schamlos ausgenutzt. Frühstück ist OK und die Lage schön Zentral.
