I was having difficulty to scan collect room card, luckily there was other guests willing to help call and speak German to staff via phone. "We were here for a short holiday with our dog. The room was beautiful and everything was very clean. The dog was allowed everywhere. There was a rich breakfast buffet that didn't leave any wishes open. So even salmon and delicious croissants. Parking costs €5 per day which is very cheap. Dinner was always very good and the service was fast and attentive. We can't understand bad reviews for the kitchen at all. No matter what we tried, it was all delicious. We are in the morning with the brockenbahn, which holds high on the brocken directly opposite and then walked down to the hotel again. A wonderful excursion Thanks to the herbal garden for the beautiful stay"

"The hotel is well located, the city centre is accessible by foot! The house and the lobby/restaurant/salon are stylishly furnished! Unfortunately the "normal" room wasn't so! It was clean, the air conditioning worked and yet there were traces of depletion visible, especially in the bathroom, damage! The booked breakfast was actually in order, The selection was good!(no more!) Hang that remains every "extra wish", Cappuccino/Latte/Expresso/etc. extra must be paid! I have already passed a little while on myself, but I have never experienced it! I mean that is actually standard today! Despite all, price performance seems to be true! As a small tip, who arrives with the car, which is probably almost everyone, you should not park on the ground and pay expensive for it! Before the area which is separated only by a small green strip or heck, many free parking places were which are at last just a few steps away..."
