Very comfortable and clean. Good location below the castle with access to a footpath going up to the castle. 10 minute walk to centre. Lovely garden. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Only negative was the house next door which is being renovated. Lots of early noise but this will pass.

Flott og spesielt hotell i gammel bygning. God frokost. Hyggelig betjening. Byen var veldig hyggelig å gå i med fine små butikker, men litt stille om kvelden.

Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed og gode parkeringsforhold. Super morgenbuffet. Senge og dyner/puder var lidt hårde.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wenn auch etwas weit vom Marktplatz entfernt. Zimmer 17 hat uns gut gefallen, die Betten bequem mit hochwertigen Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück im blauen oder roten Salon einzunehmen war angenehm , die Speisenauswahl gut, mit Qualitätstee von Ronnefeld und Kandiszucker. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Haus . Falls wir nochmal nach Wernigerode kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Erbprinzenpalais aussuchen Carlo & Andrée Bernard
