Hi , i would like to thanks everybody in your hotel , i come in your hotel since 2021 and everytime i can sleep well and rest after work, the people at the breakfast are nice , and the people at the front desk are great : specially KATIA who helped me a lot and gave me my favourite room! Hotel is alway nice and clean. Staff are always very helpful. Katya was on the front desk, she was lovely to deal with. Very professional and always happy. The facilities were also good and look well maintained. Breakfast staff also worked very hard and tried their best to help me whenever I needed anything.

This is a great hotel for work, with a huge lobby/lounge and useful amenities. The staff are also wonderful - I was on a work trip here over my wedding anniversary, and my husband called the hotel to arrange a surprise bottle of wine - the front desk team were so kind and gracious about it. This was a last-minute hotel booking. I originally planned to stay at another Marriott property, and I booked this one instead. Upon arrival, I was quickly able to locate the parking and the walk to the front entrance was very short. As I opened the door, the lobby area was beautiful, so I immediately took some nice photos of that area which was nestled in between the M Club Lounge (which is only open from Sunday evening for horderves to Friday mornings for breakfast) and bar area. I stayed in Pigeon Forge, TN the night before, and I did not request a room upgrade so this time I did, and boy was I surprised. I was told by one of the staff that there were suites that this hotel did not advertise. I originally was upgraded to a suite on the first floor that I did not like and I was immediately moved to suite 815 instead. Suite 815 was spacious but did not have a microwave. This was now my second back-to-back reservation and third Marriott property (within weeks of each other) that I stayed at that did not have a microwave. I hope that not having microwaves in suites or long-stay rooms does not become a trend. The best perk about Suite 815 was the shower. The water pressure was perfect, and you have three different shower head options. There was a rainfall shower head, a regular shower head and then 3 mid-level shower heads that allowed you to sit on the bench and the water spurts out on you. The 3 mid-level shower heads was my favorite, because I got to relax on the bench as the water hit my sore muscles. This is perfect after a workout, a long swim, a business meeting or a long day at work. This hotel offered me a full complimentary breakfast or points for my stay, and I was also told that I could order food from the bar restaurant. One of the best amenities at this hotel was the indoor pool, which did show aging around the top layer of pool tiles. I highly recommend that hotel maintenance clean that area, otherwise, the pool area had great hours from 6 am to 11 pm. Since summer is approaching, I am sure the pool was intentionally cool but during winter months I hope it is warmer. This hotel was located near tons of shops and other nearby activities, and is great for both business and leisure trips. If you want a very nice and spacious suite, request suite 815.

I stayed that the Marriott North on a Friday evening and my check in experience was top notch!! They mentioned the amenities of the hotel and suggested their restaurant. When I check out in the morning I was greeted and thanked for staying! Wonderful hospitality!

I travel a ton for business and over 90% of the time stay within the Marriott brand. My experience this past week at this hotel was “meh” until I walked into the M Club and was greeted by Noah. His demeanor, attitude, courtesy, and exceptional service turned my “meh” into outstanding. He took my dinner order and went above and beyond to make it right. I’m particular (picky and likely a pain) and he didn’t bat an eye, maintained a super positive attitude, and just made my night. The next night I went to the M Club again, hoping to repeat the previous evening’s experience. There was a HUGE group in the lobby/restaurant and bar area. Noah was helping out in the bar and immediately recognized me, knew exactly what I wanted (great memory) and, even with all the chaos happening around the restaurant and bar area, had a glorious attitude and went above and beyond for me. I will come back to this hotel—Noah made my “meh” experience memorable and a reason to return. Thank you and please reward this young man!

The hotel is very good, good gym, nice room, clean and well equipped, but it is the people who make it a 5 stars. First it was a restaurant server, Kelly, who was very accommodating even though I arrived at an odd hour for lunch, and then it was the front desk's Laurie, a most kind and welcoming woman who made me feel like family. I am so grateful- business trips can be stressful, but this one was made so much better.

Gym needs new equipment especially treadmills. Rooms ok but needs updates. Overall facility is very dated.. Stayed Nov 2023 for thanksgiving at this hotel. Would love to stay in the future but this needs to be addressed. The treadmills specifically

Rooms recently remodeled and shower is outstanding. Linens high quality. Large TV. Nice touch with the pillow spray. M club is a plus also. Hotel is in an updated area and convenient to I-75. One opportunity was the late checkout accepted through Bonvoy app was not communicated to housekeeping or front desk (knocked twice and called to confirm checkout time).
