The construction is done. They are just finishing little details now. Check in and breakfast are back in their normal spots. I did not notice any construction noise. However, there was a fair amount of road noise. All of hotels in this area are quite close to the interstate. You can counter this by running the a/c or just running the fan. I had no problem falling asleep. I like Hyatt Place as the rooms are large, the TV is huge, and the sofa is good for a third person. The shower and toilet area continues to be super tiny but manageable. I enjoyed a local beer down in the bar area; it was about $7 for a pint, not too excessive. The location is an 8 minute drive from Dublin Methodist Hospital, which is great for early morning surgery arrivals. There is a Chick Fil A within a 5 minute walk and you don't have to cross the busy street. Overall, I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really exceeded my expectations. The hotel is under renovations, but in its current condition, it was a bit rundown. The pool was dirty and cracking. The hallways were much warmer than the rooms. We were never able to get hot water in our room (nothing above lukewarm). The water pressure was so light, it made washing my hair very difficult.

The construction in the hotel was a bit much and a turn around off. We were led to believe that it was only in the lobby, but it was actually all over the hotel.
