"The room is relatively small, and there is no microwave or other facilities. The hotel is quite large, with a bridge connecting two buildings, and the Hyatt is next door. There are a lot of conference halls, so many people come to the meeting, and it is inevitable that it is very noisy~~"
"The room is a bit crowded, but the overall economy is more economical, the bathroom is shared, sleep at night will be affected, the floor will not be cleaned every day, and there are more hair. Breakfast is self-service, you can do it yourself, it is relatively free. The price is reasonable, it is a good choice for short-term travel!"
"The room is newly renovated, the equipment is very new, and the front desk staff is eager to introduce the situation, very detailed. Very close to the German village, within walking distance. Very close to the highway, no traffic jams. There is a free shuttle bus to the city centre and ShortNorth opposite the door."
"The hotel is clean and the service attitude of the staff is very good. The gym is available 24 hours a day and is very convenient. There are many chain restaurants nearby which are also very convenient for dining. There is a small indoor swimming pool and it is also very close to the highway."
"Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise 🌅"

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the reception is warm. Very satisfied!
GGuest UserLovely inn! Exceptionally clean, easy to access from the freeway and very close to the north market (15 minutes on the bus!). The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - honestly, nicest motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, massive TV, warm and comfortable bed. Our friend who came to stay in another room also could bring his dogs (for a modest extra fee), which was pretty nice. In the morning they also gave us a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized and very tasty! Definitely hope to stay here again - perfect for weekend trips to Columbus.
GGuest UserThe room was dark and the electric curtains were broken and could not be opened.
There were hair and garbage from previous guests on the bathroom floor that was not cleaned up properly.
There is not much choice of breakfast food, the tableware is not complete, and there is no milk supply in the milk supply device
GGuest UserAwesome hotel, great service and clean rooms. But if you are visiting and want to sleep at night do NOT book at the Moxy. We stayed on the sixth floor and it was so loud from the rooftop bar our windows were shaking. Noise didn’t quiet down until about 2:30-3AM
LLynn CurcijaOur experience was a good one. My husband and I commented on the cleanliness of everything! The breakfast was typical but good. The pool/hot tub was on the smaller side, but for us, it was perfect having a 5 year old who loves to swim. I took one star off for amenities due to there being no actual vending machines, but instead, the little ”store” in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced.
JJulie HohlerWe had very noisy neighbors and after listening to them fight until 2am I called the front desk. Front desk person did nothing to help with this situation. At 2:30am I got out of bed and went and asked them to quiet down. Should not have been my responsibility. Also my husband stepped on a piece of glass that was on the floor in our room.
KKJBoydThe staff was very nice and apologetic when the stay did not go as planned. The hotel was very quiet and didn't feel crowded even though we were told they were sold out. Those are the good parts of our stay. The not good parts: our room smelled musty, but it took us a little while to discover why. My daughter took off her shoes to walk to her bed that was by the window and the air conditioner unit. What we thought was just stained carpet wound up being sopping wet from the unit dripping. The floor was so saturated that it would literally make a squishing noise when we walked on it. I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone. After checking the wiring and finding nothing amiss except that it was very clearly dead, we walked out to the front desk. The lady at the front desk apologized profusely and tried for several minutes to find us another room for the night, she explained that they were completely sold out and had nothing else for us. We went back to our room to get some rest as we were in the middle of a 15+ hour road trip and it was already after 11pm. We listened to the AC unit dripping onto the floor all night long. In the morning, I went to take a shower only to have absolutely no hot water at all. The water got to around room temperature and that was as far as it would go. All in all, not a great experience, but the staff was very polite and apologetic.
WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
YYUNFEIThe parking lot is extra large, free and there are not many cars. Breakfast is pure old taste, bread crumbs, milk, oatmeal. Each room has two super beds and can sleep 2-4 people. The surrounding environment is general, there is only one McDonald's, there are no shops and restaurants. Reasonable price is the key.
MMisty DewaltWe booked the one night and check in was easy and fast. Went thru the hall doors to access our room and the hall was so smokey and smells of **** strong. Our rooms were clean. Vending machine ******. Morning breakfast don't exist. No pool. Over all for just a place to sleep it did its job.
