I have also left this review on Google - The room was clean, the bed comfortable, but it is truly the staff that shine at this establishment. Traveling through from New Mexico to Florida my friend and I stayed at this hotel at the mid-point of our journey. The next morning as we departed at 5AM, I left my bag containing my laptop and other work devices in the parking lot, not to realize it until 2.5 hours and over 150 miles away. With a sinking feeling, I called the hotel, expecting the worst. What I received were Hilton Garden staff that checked the parking lot a few times until they found my bag and the manager Michael calling me not much later to assure me he would be happy to take it to UPS and overnight it to me per my request. The encounter has ensured that whereever I travel in the future, the Hilton will always be my first choice for lodging. Thank you, Michael and staff!

Everything was nice from the appearance to service. Every day they made sure we were straight with towels, tissue and made sure our room were clean.

Well lit lot with parking near hotel even when hotel almost full Good breakfast eggs,pan sausage although everything runs out by 10-15 minutes before end of breakfast at 9 Nice clean newish rooms. Con: some other reasonably rated hotels only $100 + tax On October 2, the friendly night desk clerk had an atrocious persistent cough right as she handed me the keys. Claimed it was allergies but it persisted for 30 seconds. COVID? She should not be working with symptoms like that. Elevator broken—all 3rd/4th floor folks like me had to carry everything up stairs . Alarm went off at 6AM (I went to sleep past midnight had not set the alarm) ideally maids would turn off the alarm
