The staff is top notch! Cannot ask for better people to take care of you. I had a small issue in my room and they had it taken care of same day. Otherwise it was a great time and the stay was in such a great spot right off of the highway and 15 minutes away from great water spots.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for long-term stays for the past few years This trip we were there 22 days It is a wonderful hotel in the best location walkable to everywhere including Clematis St.,movie theater and Publix supermarket The new Rosemary Square formally city place has many restaurants and a15 minute ride from the airport Now for the hotel. It is clean quiet and they have taken all the safety precautions due to the virus. We felt very safe there! Breakfast was always good and the pool area is very nice on most days I had the pool all to myself The staff at the front desk Charlie, Eduardo, Yvon, Jessica, and Ariel were always friendly and called you by name. A special thank you to Samantha and Jay for accommodating us with the room we requested and their friendliness To the managers,Emily Karen Elizabeth and Ken you should be very proud of your staff from the gentlemen at the valet , the ladies in the breakfast area who always had a-smile, to the housekeeping staff who keep the hotel immaculate! Thank you Residence Inn for another wonderful stay
