It was nice, our door bathroom never close. They need an upgrade in tv and the pool.

The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment. For example, our rolling desk chair had a broken left arm. The toilets in our 2Q room were very low and small. The bed was too hard for me. Otherwise, it was pretty clean, the pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast had a waffle maker and batter, sausage was good, cereal and yogurt were available and the coffee tased good. Rate was pretty good for the La Crosse area.

The evening clerk was very helpfull explaining the double shade controls.
The Bold coffee was surprisingly good. There were decent options for breakfast.
Any noise in the hallway or next door was loud. Luckily, we didn't have neighbors so our evenings were quiet.
Our room had some minor maintenance issues: the towel rack was discolored, and toilet paper holder was loose on one side. Otherwise the room was clean and neat.

Provide only a small sheet/blanket. No comforters. Workers don’t speak English. Hot tub was so overloaded with chlorine, it was burning our eyes and we had to leave. No ventilation in pool/hot tub area.
