The hotel was downtown western Colorado. It was very neat w animals mounted on walls w the rustic look. Had a nice pool. The lady @ the front desk was concern for all the travelers n made the kids get out of the pool @ 10 n get ready for quiet time rest of the night. The gentlemen in the morning check us out n gave directions to get to jacksonhole,wyoming. The lady also suggested good place to stay. Breakfast was good for traveling.

The first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful.

Huge room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Underground parking was great as we didn't have to clear snow off the car on the first morning. Loved the pool, water was warm. In addition to coffee in the lobby, there was regular black tea; that's been hard to find on this trip. (Earl Grey is NOT plain black tea.) Fun lobby with lots of space and rustic feel. Staff were great; kudos to Sayce, Don and the afternoon shift guy (sorry, didn't get his name) as they were so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

I love the room the ease of parking and how close I was able to park to my unit.
Unfortunately, the room was under the street light, so it was extremely bright, even with the shades closed and somewhat noisy but everything else considered. It was definitely worth it.

Comfortable and easy stay in West Yelly during a very cold weekend in January. Building was warm and staff was exceptionally friendly. We XC skied on the local Rendezvous trails - it was a short walk from the hotel. With a fresh snowfall you could even ski the road from the hotel to the Rendezvous trailhead. Pro tip: you can get your Rendezvous trail passes from Free Heel & Wheel if the kiosk at the trailhead is not working for any reason.
