Nice place in the middle of the orchards in the Addo elephant park area (20 minutes drive). Good room and bathroom., value for money. Breakfast room is also available in the evening and has relaxing chairs and a fireplace that can be used.

We stayed one night transitting through the area. It was boiling hot, but the cool and air conditioned rooms were a treat. The jacuzzi, outside shower and private garden were all little treats we had not anticipated and really enjoyed. Not to mention the lovely big bath and sweet smelling bath salts that were really appreciated after a long day.

A beautiful venue and fabulous friendly staff - I highly recommend Casa Mia Health Spa and Guesthouse for a special spoil. The breakfasts were scrumptious and the spa service was excellent. Thank you! We also lovely staying in our room with a private Jacuzzi Spa. Highly recommended! xx

Adventurous 24th wedding anniversary getaway. Most tranquil setting, with friendly, helpful staff and relaxing spa treatments. Location is ideal with access to various Adventures to complement our stay very well.

We stayed for one night and had a very relaxed and pleasant stay. Suzette and her staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I had a lovely massage and facial treatment and felt great afterwards. Breakfast was served on the veranda and was delicious.

We spend two nights in Casa Mia. Prior our arrival we had contact with Elmarie about the directions and the restaurants nearby. And we had the opportunity to book a threatment in advance. Good service! The bed was large but hard, a top mattress will fix the problem. The other thing was the WiFi, that was poor. Especially when we needed to book our next accommodation. Breakfast was good, threatments where better than expected. Keep on the good work!

It was lovely getting spoiled with full body massage. The only thing I would recommend is that the towels be replaced. It has a damp smell as soon as it gets wet. Not very pleasant. Otherwise, we had a great time.

I love this Spa!! I have been to a few over the years, some of the best in SA. Yet, this is the one I always want to return to, either on my own or with a good friend. Its relaxed, calming atmosphere is truly refreshing. Breakfast and Lunch options are delicious and complete the experience. I must admit, that I always bring some drink and snack spoils for chilling by the pool or Jacuzzi and for decadent meals, visit the local restaurants. The staff are always friendly and considerate. You can tell this spa has been made and managed with love. Spoil yourself go to Casa Mia!!!

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly. Good breakfast is served. The Open / outdoor shower is great. Nice big room with big king size bed.
