The views are unreal, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is great, the food is delicious, the service is great😍😍😍 Off-road driving is stressful and requires a big car for comfort. The only thing I didn’t like was the Safari (((there were very few animals, we saw white rhinoceroses - they are in a separate enclosure, like in a zoo, and buffalos in the bushes, there were no other big five animals, and there weren’t very many other animals like antelope and zebra (((

L’Africa vissuta a pieno e nell’eccellenza. Un posto meraviglioso immerso nella natura per rilassarsi ed essere coccolati, e conoscere da vicino i Big 5 del Sudafrica. Cibo molto buono, le esperienze dei game drive sono uniche, a ripensarci sembra surreale averle vissute!

We had the most incredible experience during our stay at Kuzuko. The staff are incredible and so attentive. The food was great with a range of choices. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. The game drivers were so knowledgeable and we got to see so many different animals, it was a truly amazing experience. During our time there it was my birthday and the staff made me feel so special with an incredible cake. The place feels so intimate and you really are made to feel special as a guest. I couldn’t recommend more and can’t wait to visit again!

Very welcoming location and very kind staff. The guide who took us for the drives was expert and very attentive to our well-being. He showed us and explained many animals. Very good food although a little spicy for our children. The swimming pool offered a unique view even if the water was a little cold for the parents. Excellent spa and gym service. Very competitive trea**ent prices. Very relaxing experience!

We went to Kuzuko lodge in late march and were pleasantly surprised. It is an excellent property with good size rooms. The safari was top notch and we had nice sightings of Lionesses, cheetahs and Rhino alongwith Springbok zebra etc. The guide was very good and experienced as we found out after there was heavy rainfall during our outing. She managed very well. The food was excellent with the chef Mr Laurenzo serving us food of our liking. (3 of us were vegetarians) he took care of all of us. Thank you. Must mention Ms Yolisa. She was the perfect server and always ready to oblige. Last but not least the manager Ms Helen. She was always willing to help. She changed our rooms as per our wishes without any fuss. Thanks a lot for making our stay wonderful

Staying at Kuzuko was one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life!!! The hotel is wonderful in every aspect: comfortable, clean, with very good food and exceptional service! I would like to highlight the kindness and attention of the manager Jacome, who booked the transfer and responded to all my requests with extreme politeness and professionalism. I recommend that you stay for a minimum period of three days, to be able to enjoy everything at the hotel! The Safari tour (which is offered by the hotel) is sensational, we get to see different species of animals in their natural habitats. Furthermore, I recommend that you have at least one massage at the SPA (which is not included, but still worth paying for!!).

Kuzuko Lodge was by far the best accommodation on our entire trip to South Africa. The people who work there are incredibly welcoming, kind and service orientated. The individual cottages are beautifully furnished and more than clean. The food was also fantastic and any special requests were taken into account at all times. And also the reserve itself with the animals was beautiful and perfect for safaris. The lodge is a must on any South Africa trip :)

What a disappoin**ent. Kuzuko has very few animals, and claims to have nothing to do with Addo Elephant Park, despite what you may read here on Tripadvisor and on other websites. The food and accommodation were good, but the reason for our trip and the significant financial commi**ent we made, was for much more; hence our disappoin**ent. At dinner on our first night the food and beverage manager came to our table to ask how our day was and I told him I was disappointed at how few animals there were and that I felt misled because I understood I was going to Addo Elephant Park and that I would see lots of elephants and other animals. The buffalo are kept separate and are fed, so it's a bit like a big zoo, or for those from the UK, it's like Woburn. The staff were pleasant but the general manager, Helen, seemed quite upset that I expressed my disappoin**ent with her and her colleagues. She sent me an email during my stay stating that they were not part of Addo Elephant Park, and that all their communications had been clear about that. She also took the opportunity to give me a telling off, which I found surprising, as a paying guest. Here's an excerpt from her email: “I understand that you feel aggrieved but please do not hold Kuzuko responsible for this and kindly refrain from repeatedly and negatively expressing your disappoin**ent to our team members – Kuzuko not done anything wrong” I contacted a local tour business and they came to fetch myself and some other guests and gave us a fantastic day out at Addo Elephant Park, where we saw over 100 elephants, meerkats and other wildlife. This was very reasonably priced and great value for money. There are lots of other beautiful and less expensive places to stay in the area. If you want to see wildlife this is not the spot.

This place is simply amazing. It was our favourite place on our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty, nothing was too much trouble. It's difficult to put into words how beautiful this place is. Views, accommodation, food, service and of course all the staff, you are all superb. Lana, our game driver was awesome, so much knowledge and very caring on our trips out where we found all of the animals we searched for. Thankyou all, i cried when we left. Hope to see you all again.
