Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre. The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink. We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it! Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.

The room is very good, the location is very good, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom because it was small and I couldn't give my little dog a good bath, he came dirty from the beach, the breakfast was great

Room was ok bed was comfortable clean sheets, bathroom looked recently modernised . Tea , coffee making facilities Carpet dated and wallpaper grubby . Struggled to get to sleep because of the snoring freight train in the next room on top of that Woken at 6am on a Sunday morning to the baby crying in the same room walls must be made of paper .On the whole very basic not really worth £170 per night. Parking at the rear of property was a nightmare jammed in have to leave keys at reception so they can move the cars around to let people out. We used a car park 10 min walk away where you put a hotel sign in the window.

For the price you would expect better, rooms very dated and could do with a total refresh, same with the majority of the hotel. Bathroom is extremely small and shower is tiny (didn’t look the cleanest either) Wouldn’t class as a 3 star hotel and would advise if you are looking for something nice maybe look elsewhere where. Only good thing is the location

What a disgusting room filthy. stained carpet and bed valance, drawers unable to use because of stains. The room itself is small and very dated. Definitely not worth £170 a night. There appear to be no emergency exit signs and no directions in case of emergency. The reception is at the rear of the Hotel in the basement, not easy to find if you enter by the front door. There is a lift that is small and not suitable for wheelchair users plus the lift does not go to the third floor.

Turned up at the hotel too a jam packed car park which wasnt teally a carpark more of loads of vehicles wedged in 5 deep and no where to park unless you wanted a 10 minute walk, and dodgy fake grass all ruffled up with lumps in it and the smell of something being smoked in the(il use the term loosely) Garden, hotel looks amazing from the front but reception entrance round the back shocking, went in and bailed straight out losing my money and went and found another hotel, had booked for 2 nights.

An absolute gem never have I met such attentive staff with whom nothing was too much trouble, they were kind engaging and very helpful. One criticism would be the shower was a little claustrophobic, but the views etc were lovely. Very central for most things.

We were in G4, the smallest room I've ever slept in a hotel and the bathroom was grim, room was dirty and needed a update For what we paid was over the priced, £240 for two nights, no breakfast, to check in is a pain, when there are staff behind the desk, on the plus side the staff were very helpful and nice.

The check in was lengthy and had to be done online even though a receptionist was at the desk. The room was ready but not checked by a senior. The bedside cabinets were sticky and dangerous. Corners were protruding and one of our party knocked herself twice causing pain. There was no service to the room in 3 days, our beds weren’t made, no clean towels and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The skirting boards were sticky and covered in fluff. The window was filthy. The kettle couldn’t be filled as it was too big to put under the tap. The corridor smelled of wet dogs. The lift was out of order and had been for 18 months! We just wanted coffee and croissants for breakfast but they ran out of croissants just one hour after starting breakfast service. There was no salt in the pot. Fresh fruit can be improved. The beds seemed fairly clean. Would definitely not recommend. Our room was £510 for 2 nights!

Never again. This was the only hotel we could find in Weymouth over the bank holiday weekend that had a room available. The room was dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser, the bed was so soft it was like a waterbed and it was like spending the night in a furnace . On a positive note, very good location for the beach and town centre.

How it is still standing I do not know. It is like faulty towers. Very dated, they claim to offer you so much with additional costs of spa room etc. the hotel in itself needs a major refurb mainly (the bedrooms) we were staying the third floor. The rooms so close together you pretty much hear everything in your neighbours room and the doors are so loud when they slam especially the fire exit door to access stairs. The room was really poor there was no duvet for our sofa bed or pillows when we arrived and we have two kids. There was no shower gel or hand wash left in the dispenser. We only had two towels and there was four of us on the booking. Called the hotel a young boy came up three times first time with nothing second time with duvet and Third with duvet sheets I had to put on the duvet myself and pillow cases. Then I had to call them again because the boy said there was no towels left in the hotel to give me an extra two for my little children and he asked me if we could share the two towels between four of us. The room was attic room tiny and no air so it was very warm in there. The bathroom smelt really bad and limited amounts of time I spent in there and was really tiny there is more room in a toilet in a caravan tourer toilet/shower. Really dated room and run down. Really poor and would not recommend. Good location but that is pretty much it. I would NEVER stay in Jubilee hotel again. Really disappointed with my stay given price we paid. Please don't take bookings if you cannot provide your guests with essentials a hotel should provide i.e towels, bedding, and soap dispenser/shower gel. And hire a new cleaner because the toilet smelt awful.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August, just managed to get a room on the day we rung up, with the help of the receptionist Sal, the room was ok (was a leak from the room above) but this was resolved very quickly,,bed was comfy, shower was good, tea, coffee and milk in the room. We had breakfast Sunday and Monday morning, the lady that worked in the breakfast area both mornings was very freindly and helpful, all the food at breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice, will definitely stay here again,

Not understanding the seemingly low score on TripAdvisor when we had such a great time with exceptional service and staff with an overall great experience where we would definitely return when we come back to Weymouth. Breakfast was good and a comfortable nights sleep. Perfect!!
