I enjoyed a great 2 night stay while travelling for work. Friendly staff, clean room and really well serviced. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager.I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to visit this beautiful part of the country

Excellent location within walking distance of the town centre and beachfront. Lovely big bed, very good quality bedding, towels. A powerful fan in the bathroom!! It may not sound much, but it’s so nice to be able to see and not have to clean a fogged up mirror. Fresh milk for drinks from reception, not those horrible little containers was appreciated. Our room was equipped with a microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery so we bought our own food and ate in the room. The weather was awful, but there are some lovely sights around the town so we’ll return at some point and will definitely stay here again.

Great place! We were really nicely welcomed, staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. The place was sparkly clean, with a exceptional attention to details, we even had a Nespresso machine and the milk frother! I’ll go back tomorrow without hesitation!

Fünf Punkte für die Freundlichkeit vom Hotelmanager und seinem Team. Hilfsbereit und herzlich. Es hat aber auch sonst alles sehr gut gepasst. Sehr saubere Zimmer, schönes Bad, super Laundry-Service, Sky-Sport-Channels, gute Lage im Ort.

I was very disappointed that this motel does not accept Visa Debit, cash or payment in advance for the booking. They will only accept credit cards for booking a room. We have travelled extensively locally and internationally. We want to support NZ Tourism and find their policy very inflexible and unreasonable. By choice we do not hold credit cards and have successfully booked travel/stays with Visa Debit. I even offered to pay a bond upfront to book the room which was also refused. Do better!

bit disapointed since we paid top end price for our room. Everything was a bit dated altho the attraction was a spa bath which we enjoyed. Handy location to walks and the CBD, was nice to have friendly staff who were helpful.

Great spot. Very Central, walking distance to waterfront and various restaurants and cafes. Found access pretty easy in and out. Owners are great and friendly, they also own a great restaurant on the opposite side of the road. Room had spa - pretty cool!

Great location very close to town unlike other motels.We stayed in a super king room described as great for honeymoners,Decor very dated uncomfortable bed, The worst is that a lot of the units are let out to workers and tradespeople. If you wanted to sleep in this was impossible as at 6am a number of them started up there noisy diesel vehicles at let them idle for 10/15 minutes

Comfortable, Clean soft carpets with good Airconditioning heat nice bathroom with spa and shower great bed , plenty channel options with sky television, movies etc what more can you need parking right outside your room and great location
