"Lovely accommodation, great room facilities. Didn't meet any of the staff, as they text and said the keys were left in the room. Room was cleaned daily. Plenty of parking available. One of the best showers of our trip - the pressure was great!! Close enough to walk to the town centre. Would stay here again, and would recommend."

"Awful. Bad service, horrible rooms, poor parking spaces. Our stay at Cortez Motel was not good at all! Our room was rotting and had cracks in the ceiling and wall. When we tried to check in, the eftpos machine wasn't working due to a "comms" error, but didn't try to come up with a different solution. Then when we tried to check out the next morning, the office wasn't open, ( the sign on the door says they open at 8am) it was 8:15 and we had to leave otherwise we would be late to an advent we were going to. We left the key on the table inside the room and left the door unlocked then left and called at 8:30 to tell them about it. I couldn't understand half the things the lady was saying it was a little frustrating trying to talk to her. Not a good experience and won't be going back. Really disappointed as the pictures give off the indication that the place is amazing. It's not."
