Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the valet service. Coffee is unexpectedly good using fresh brew instead of capsules. Good location with quick access to the ski lifts whilst not close to the bars. Hot tubs are excellent for skiers to relax.

Pan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.

We expected more from the Pan Pacific. The woman who checked us in did not seem very happy. We chose self park but not instructed which parking floor was specific to hotel-we had to repark. We asked for a quieter room and were placed across the street from the fire station and surrounded by people with small children. When we asked for another room, we were upgraded to a nicer one at the end of a hallway. Unfortunately, we found a pair of underwear in our closet, shower drain was clogged and the body soap container was empty. The hotel had two elevators, and one of them was out of service with no notice as to when it was to be fixed. We would’ve use the stairs if not on the 8th floor.
