"I'm really speechless at the hotel. The check-in experience was very poor. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room when I checked in. I asked the bellman and he said they would bring them right away. But they didn't come after half an hour. I called the front desk and they said they would bring them right away. I waited for a long time. Before the hour came, I met the room service in the corridor and asked her for some. She said that she would start a work order immediately and have someone deliver it. She obviously had a cleaning truck with bathrobes and slippers on hand, but she didn't give them to me. Then waited two hours. Still didn't get it, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for it myself. The service is really bad! Going to bed at night and finding blood stains on the sheets was so disgusting. I complained to the front desk in the middle of the night and asked to change rooms. The front desk said that no rooms were fully booked. Then they arranged for the guest room to change the sheets, and three service staff entered the room without knocking and swiped their cards and rushed into the room. Really speechless. The trash left by others on the table in the common area was not picked up and there was a layer of dust everywhere. When I wanted to drink coffee the next morning, I discovered that there was a lipstick mark from the previous customer on the cup. The price of a five-star hotel was more expensive than that of Four Seasons. Even with this kind of service, I was really speechless. Everyone, avoid the trap.
