"Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation of the facility (in English). Once I checked in, I received my key, a Wi-Fi code, my room number, and a paper with my check-out time written on it. The room was spacious and the bed was large enough for a single person! There was a mirror, a charger, about three hangers, and two compact shelves. There were two light switches: one just inside the entrance and one near the pillow. When I checked out, I simply returned the key. Once my check-in was confirmed, the deposit was deducted from the registered credit card or the card used for payment. I asked the front desk and they told me it would be refunded in about two weeks. It was very clean, and the receptionist also explained it gently and carefully."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right around the corner from the Whistler Village Gondola (via exit B), and with the main entrance (exit A) for car drop-offs. Exit B leads directly to a pedestrian shopping street, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station. The hotel is divided into a South Tower and a North Tower. The South Tower features rooms with a fully equipped kitchen – we're talking a real home kitchen setup, complete with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, and all necessary kitchenware. It's truly rare to find a high-end hotel offering such amenities. What truly impressed me was their genuine recognition and treatment of elite members, even when booked through a third-party platform like Trip.com. For two guests, they provide a daily dining credit of CAD 24 per person (usable at their restaurants and eateries), complimentary Wi-Fi, and late check-out, among other perks. A special shout-out to Ms. Rosalie at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to best utilize our member benefits. This hotel is exceptionally friendly towards its elite members."

"The room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good 👍 The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!"

"I'm sure the place is adequate; however, the cancellation policy and communication is horrible. I asked to cancel a booked room on a Saturday - received an email that they would cancel it ( in writing). Four days later I get another email and I find out it wasn't cancelled and now was told it is a non-refundable booking. Totally get if it had been a last minute cancellation but it was submitted Saturday Feb 8th and the room was booked for Feb 15th. I am out around $200. Everywhere is booked, so I would be surprised if they could not fill it. Just FYI if you're booking here - don't count on getting a refund with a big lead time for cancellation. It leaves a bad impression of Whistler businesses and nonprofits as well."
