We had a great stay! Amazing staff and accommodations so conveniently located. Will be back again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was one issue one of the nights, however, where a group of people were being extremely loud most of the night. For some reason, this was not addressed by the concierge at the time. Going forward, it would be helpful if staff was more proactive.

Stayed 2 nights and it’s in the heart of the village. Our room was in opposite building which was a little hard to navigate parking alone after checkin. The vending machine took my money first try then second time gave me a very warm almost hot water it was weird, but once I brought it up to staff they promptly refunded my money and apologized so all good! Bathroom nice, beds comfy and balcony was nice to have! Used the hot tub after a day of skiing and it was just me, so relaxing! Upstairs room was noisy and clearly partying the last night but my teenager slept through it so not a biggie, what do you expect for core village hotel? This was our first time in Whistler and overall I would stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s the best value for being steps away from the ski lifts. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant and we enjoy being steps away from great food (at every budget), ski lifts, and shopping.

In my 35 years of checking into a Hotel I’ve never had such an odd and unpleasant “Check In” experience. When I first approached the counter the clerk put his head down and would not even look at me for a few seconds. (he wasn’t doing anything as I stood there looking at him) He then looked up and I informed him that I wanted a 3 night stay and of last name and that I have stayed 3 previous times in the last year at Whistler Village Inn & Suites. With that information the Clerk proceeded to set me up to be the punchline of a joke. Then laughed loudly at by the staff. Then the clerk tried to rationalize his actions. After I got to my room I realized that the clerk had initially quoted me a room rate that was $20 higher per night than the rate on WVIS own website for a 3 night stay. I had enjoyed my 3 previous stays at Whistler Village Inn & Suites which why I returned for a fourth visit. After this unprofessional, juvenile and insulting check in experience I will be spending my money and time at a different hotel on my next trip to Whistler. William
