The hotel is less than ten minutes' walk from the cable car. There is a free hotel bus in the morning. The rooms are older, but Whistler is not new, so the price/performance ratio is very good. The house has a full set of kitchen supplies, dishes, dishwasher, etc., which is very convenient. It also has a fireplace and balcony. There is a heated swimming pool but it is across the road from the hotel entrance.

It was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old.

Loved the shuttle to the lifts. Reception didn't pick up the phone when called from the room, but they were always great when you met them face to face

Terrific ski hotel walking distance to Whistler Village that keeps it quiet and relaxing. Hotel has its own shuttle to save you walking in your ski boots and helped take me and my luggage to the bus circle. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two baths, more than available at other resorts. And we arranged a very late check out at a nominal addition cost. We’ll be back!

The ladies at the front desk were so great!
What you pay for and what you get is amazing, it’s a great place to stay, affordable and very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again, it’s really appreciative that they are trying to break the bank to stay in Whistler! Great place!
