Very satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!

The best place to stay in Whistler ! Right beside the slopes and lifts and super facilities. We had a lovely suite and after skiing the hot tubs and pool overlooking the mountains were perfect. Very nice and helpful staff- we cannot fault and will be returning ! Highly recommended.

We love Pan Pacific! Best hotel in Whistler. I do wish there were fans in the bathrooms. It would also be great if there were a few more gluten free options on the menu for in-room dining. We had two folks in our party who can’t eat gluten and they only had one option on the menu. Also, this is probably not even feasible, but I called a few weeks before arrival and asked if all my friends and I could be put on the same floor. We got 2/3 couples on the same floor! It might be a layout thing in the hotel, so no biggie. But I organize a friends trip every year and it’s so handy to be on the same floor.

Best location in Whistler! As close to the gondola as you can get. Rooms are on the small side for a family but staff were super nice and helpful, pool was big and heated, and location was unbeatable.

This is the perfect place to stay while on a ski trip to Whistler. I was there for 2 nights at the end of March and enjoyed 2 days' skiing. It is an easy walk to the gondola and chair lifts to both Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain. I slept well. I stayed in a studio and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed including a well-equipped kitchen.

We chose and booked the hotel well in advance, due to its location and the type of room, as we were traveling with underage children. A few weeks before our stay, I received an email from the hotel stating that the chosen room type was not available and they offered alternative rooms or accommodations at another property. I suggest staying in more reputable hotels to avoid inconvenience and issues.
