The price is fair, hot spa is closed without notice. 10am check out time which is early than other hotel, 4pm check in, can’t even a little earlier. Then the room cleaning is about 6 hours window? Staff service is average.

In the center of Whistler, beautiful self contained room equipped with everything. Everything very clean. Avoid parking where they tell you if you can, there are all the lots in front and in the right season parking costs much less than what the hotel asks you

Overall the hotel was great. The room was the perfect size for a couple. We had great view of the mountain. The bath was very relaxing after a day out in the village. All amenities were great. We received early check in due to room being ready which was a positive. The only negative is you can hear everything outside of your room from people out in the street to someone walking up and down the hallway.

This was an incredibly convenient location in Whistler village. It was close to the gondolas, shops, and restaurants. The condo/suites were very functional for a ski vacation with a good kitchen. Unfortunately it was a little noisy at night given the location. Also the hot tub was not the most appealing one around.

We didn't use the hot tub (mediocre from other reports) but rather took long hot showers (or baths -- equipped with rudimentary jacuzzi jets). On our last day, there was minimal hot water - a problem which seems to have affected others in the past. We took leukwarm showers. I did not think this was acceptable and asked for a refund of one night's stay (would pay for 6 of 7). I was accommodated with $57 USD, which accounted for the fraction of the day that the water was out (about 4-6 hours, from around 1pm - 7pm). Next time we will need to schedule our showers more strategically or otherwise cope with accommodations that cannot even provide the most basic service. Other than this, I concur with other reviews. Terrific location. Room is no frills, but covers all the basics well (with the exception of the above).

Stayed here in early September when it was very hot. On the top floor, the air conditioner is barely functioning. Without air conditioning, the room is very hot (hotter than outside). The room was nice, with a double bed, a fold-out bed, and a kitchen. There is a window so small that you have to lean against it to see outside. The room was clean, but the two fire alarms at 4pm and 4am really kept you from relaxing. The rooms are spread across several connected houses in the village, some of which you need to walk out of the hall to reach. Check in and check out were very efficient.

Nice room with a double bed, a rollaway bed, and a kitchen. There was a very small window that you had to press against to see outside. The room was clean but the two fire alarms at 4pm and 4am really kept you from relaxing. The rooms are spread out in several connected houses in the village and some you have to walk out the door from the lobby to get to them. Check in and check out were efficient.
