You van hear every little noise in this hotel. Don't go here if you want a quiet night or plan on making a bit of noise.

I actually stayed at this hotel the night after my wedding with my new wife. It was really a great experience, the hotel was clean, service was good, they are complementary water. The rooms were spacious, modern with multiple TVs. Check out and check and we’re easy, seamless. Hotel breakfast is a bit pricey at $27 per person.

The room condition was terrible I had to move out aftery first stay. They had this moldy smell and the sheet and curtain was uncomfortable.

Housekeeping knocked yr door every 8:30am, even though u hv put the ‘No, service’ card outside the door on the check out date. It is insane.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. This hotel is very close to restaurants and entertainment like bowling and movie theatres. We stayed for one night during March Break and had a wonderful stay without one negative experience. I was able to confirm with the front desk a time for early check-in and when we arrived, the young man at the desk was ready for us. He checked us in promptly and even answered all of our questions before we asked. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone had a good sleep, although there was a weird constant clanking sound which we think is the elevator. We no longer needed to book a pool timeslot and when my husband took the kids down, he said everyone visiting the pool was respectful of space. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was serving a full breakfast buffet with some friendly staff. It was great with a hot table, pastries, cereal, pancake machine, fruit, yogurt. The dining area had plenty of seating and coffee/tea was available all day which made my husband happy. We enjoyed staying here so much we might have to find a reason to come back.

This hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.

The room is not too small, the overall sanitation is not bad, the bed is comfortable, free parking is available, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the bread is good! It's a pity that no kettle is provided! Not far from the surrounding Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, you can choose! Friendly service at the front desk!
