Premier Inn Wigan (M6, J25)

Service was good staff very friendly, unfortunately we were not made aware of the food deal , when I asked a member of staff I was informed that there was a poster with the information, unfortunately this poster was on the right hand side of the wall where you open the door to the accommodation which when the door is open you cannot see the poster.

This Premier Inn was dependably excellent as usual, the staff, the room, the facilities, the breakfast.

Room was not the cleanest we’ve stayed in tea stains on the wall and skirting boards. Chipped mug in room and stale wotsit under the edge of the bed. Used to love a premier inn for the air con however this room was very stuffy and we had the window open all the time. Shame they don’t provide this facility any more.

Lovely reception staff. Made to feel very welcome. The room is very clean and the facilities in the disabled bathroom first class. As I have lung and back problems and any help provided is gratefully received. The basic standard at Premier Inn is first class!!

Overall my trip has been saved by a FANTASTIC member of staff., This individual made my stay what it has been and i hope he is rewarded by the company for the levels he went to. William, thank you so very much for all your hard work, without you this would not have been the same. GIVE THIS MAN A PAY RISE

Friendly staff and easy to fine. Good parking facilities with supermarket near by. Able to nip to shop to get some wee buys. Bed was comfotable. Other facilities was good, shower, heating though TV was not working. Room felt quiet but as we onky stayed for one night, it was ok.

The hotel was well positioned near the M6 with plenty of parking, I even noticed a destination charger for EVs. The staff were friendly and provided a great service. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with sofa, writing desk, kettle, hairdryer and TV. The bed was firm, but comfortable and there were additional pillows available if needed. The room was well heated, but there was no air-conditioning; I stayed in the winter so this wasn’t an issue. The pub next door provided breakfast which were excellent, and also included a children’s play area for anyone with children. It also offered evening meals, great quality and filling portions. I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent hotel, convenient location for family visit. Lovely and clean couldn’t fault the service from the reception team. Food in restaurant was your typical pub grub. Only downside for me was no lift but that was clearly stated at the time of booking

Really great stay in one of the newest rooms in the hotel room was very clean and very spacious really great staff very polite receptionists on check in can’t do enough for there guests corridors very clean and smell fresh everytime we stay definitely be staying again
