We arrived fifteen minutes before checkin and were told that our room would be ready even though they were running late. I was told to check in at 315. I ended up taking my children somewhere to buy some time and came back at 4:00pm. We entered the room and found it dirty, beds unmade and hair and dirty towels all over. I walked to the front desk to Report the room not being done and the manager made excuses for lazy employees. There was one man who works there who told the manager in front of me that he would only do part of the room because he was done at 4. Annoyed and also got because it was 96 degrees outside, the manager again asked me if I saw that the problem was staff, the young man’s attitude and I told him That all I cared about was a clean room. At 4:06 the manager told me he would send two girls the room and they would be done in 15 mins. I was concerned how a room could be completely cleaned and fixed that quickly but figured they knew what they were doing. We had dinner reservations, which I had to change to a later time, due to the inconvenience. I was
patient and waited outside the
room, in the heat, with both my
young kids, who were also hot
and tired. We did not get into the room until 4:55pm. Although they mopped and put new bedding on the beds and left clean linens, the bathtub had someone’s used soap on the side, there was a long hair in the sink, only were given 2 wash cloths and towels, for three of us. Outside was dirty and needs hosing. C-
