The customers service was excellent. The night entertainment was fabulous. Complaints: When we arrived, they checked us in to a room of lesser quality than the room for which we paid. We spent one night in that room before they upgraded us. I felt it was a “bait and switch” situation. The rooms look nothing like they appear in the website photos. The resort is out dated and it had too many water bugs. In addition, we paid for the club package which included top shelf alcohol, but they kept running out of tequila (the only alcohol I drink). The food was horrible. Some food was too salty and other dishes had no flavor. We spent more money eating at the Sea Side restaurant next door. The food there was delicious. I would not recommend The Sunscape Resort and Spa. This is the first review I have ever written. I hope it helps you save money and time.

Deberían aprovechar la gran ventaja de tener una playa espectacular, Pero toda la experiencia fuera del agua fue horrible, perdí dos completos de mis vacaciones peleando en recepción porque la habitación no tenía luz, nos dejaron dormir en otra habitación una noche para tener aire acondicionado Pero al otro día nos devolvieron a nuestra habitación sin haber solucionado el problema! La atención del personal es muy desagradable, todo te lo traen de mala gana, había que pedir una bebida al almuerzo para que llegara en la cena, siempre comíamos sin bebestibles porque llegaban cuando ya habíamos terminado, el buffet es una vergüenza, todos los días lo mismo y súper poca variedad y cantidad, nunca había pasado hambre en un all inclusive, el baño cada vez que se usaba la ducha se inundaba el baño completo, muuuucho por mejorar!

Disfrutamos mucho nuestros días de descanso en el Sunscape Curazao. El personal en general fue muy amable. El lugar está bien cuidado. Las playas son limpias, el mar es cristalino y la arena blanca. Todo nos gustó mucho, buena comida, variedad de bebidas, un lugar cómodo y bonito, los planes de diversión en la noche en el hotel fueron muy agradables. Todo dispuesto para el descanso y la diversión. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría la experiencia y recomendaría el hotel.

wij waren hier begin juni. het was nog rustig. prima zonplekken aanwezig. savonds geen herrie. alleen op woensdag, zaterdag en zondagavond is er muziek te horen vanaf mambobeach die eraan grenst. gaat niet snachts door is onze ervaring. eten was prima als je er een week verblijft. ik las klachten van mensen die zich stoorde aan het tempo van het personeel wanneer er een drankje besteld werd. ze doen hun best en met die warmte zijn ze niet zo snel. dat is overal wel op het eiland natuurlijk. geef ze eens ongelijk. kamer was groot en netjes. prima resort!

Esperienza terribile, mai visto un hotel così trascurato, vecchio e deprimente!!! Tutte le foto che si vedono probabilmente sono render o sono ritoccate e non corrispondono minimamente alla realtà. Le camere sono vecchie, rumorose, con arredi rovinati e c’è un terribile odore di muffa. Non ci è stata assegnata la tipologia di stanza che avevamo prenotato, bensì una di livello inferiore con l’aria condizionata non funzionante e non abbiamo avuto possibilità di cambio, nè rimborso. Cibo scadente e scarsa igiene al buffet. Spiaggia piccola e sovraffollata, lettini e ombrelloni appiccicati uno all’altro. Personale reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Saremmo dovute restare una settimana, ma siamo scappate dopo la prima notte!!

Not given the room I booked. Mold on curtains. Room smelled. Hair in the bathroom - not mine. Broken drawers on room furniture. This is a 1 star/2 star at best. Very disappointed. Food: less than average.
