In April/2024 I traveled to Curacao with my family and friends. Curaçao is a beautiful country with hospitable people, however, my experience at the Brion City Hotel, BW Signature Collection was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel receptionist that only one of the two rooms I had booked had been invoiced by the travel agency, and the hotel wanted to charge the nightly rate for the second room to my credit card, even though I had already made the payment. room payment. I made an agreement to call the travel agency to resolve the issue. As I arrived on a Saturday, the hotel agreed to call the agency in Brazil on Monday to understand what was happening. With great difficulty we were able to understand what had happened and we discovered that the one who had caused confusion was the hotel, which billed the two rooms incorrectly using the travel agency's credit card number and created a problem for the guest, who had never been through. such an embarrassing situation on no other trip. As if the situation reported wasn't enough, we experienced yet another extremely revolting situation at the hotel on King's Day. On this day, due to the King's Day festivities, the streets around the hotel were full of people and cars, and in this way The hotel parking lot was also full. The person responsible for parking at the hotel informed us that we would not be able to park as there was no more space available (remembering that in previous days there were always spaces available in the parking lot). There were already other cars parked in the parking lot, preventing some cars from leaving. In order not to leave the car, which was rented, far from the hotel, I asked if I could leave the car parked, preventing any cars from leaving (as there were already other cars in this situation) and with the condition that reception would call me in the room I needed. I would move my car so that the car that was locked would come out. What was my indignation when I realized that after parking the car and going to reception to make this proposal, I was surprised by the person supposedly responsible for the hotel's security running out of control from inside the hotel, shouting that it wasn't Brazil, and trying to intimidate my family. and almost wanting to attack my 17 year old son. Meanwhile, I was talking to the hotel receptionist who, in addition to not making an effort to resolve the situation, was laughing sarcasticly and she had pour oil on troubled waters to protect the person supposedly responsible for the hotel's security. In the end, I parked the car outside the hotel area and after 30 minutes, I got a space in the hotel parking lot. An embarrassing situation and an almost physical clash. In other words, my assessment of the hotel is that despite the infrastructure, people are very inexperienced when dealing with tourists. Regarding those who are irresponsible for security, I suggest that the administration takes action before they attack any guest
