very bad surprise when we arrived: we had to pay an extra €135! Not bad for a reservation at €275! In fact it was not you (Trip.com) who booked for us, but *******! Well done, thank you Trip.com! We were thinking of having a mobile home (for 3, we had requested 2 beds) and ******* would have requested 2 mobile homes! And the taxes to be paid were very poorly estimated by you Trip.com! You told us 25 dollars, but it was 65!
Really, we wondered what you used Trip.com for?

I'm satisfied with everything except that check-in has to be done after 4:00 pm. Then I have to pay a cleaning fee of US$72. I feel like I've been kidnapped. Everything else is satisfactory.

I have stayed in hotels in Williams AZ many times in the past. This was my first glamping experience. It exceeded all of my expectations. I loved having the full kitchen and a place for all members of the family to gather and chat. It was such a different experience than being in separate hotel rooms. It was still a quick drive into town for dining and shopping.

Its really cool. The only thing i misunderstood was that I thoight it was in more of a remote area and uta right off thw freeway across from a truck stop.
