We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public. I was SO blessed by the honesty of the workers at this hotel. I unknowingly left my house key ring and didn't discover the loss till 2 days later. Called hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!
