"The rooms were newly remodeled. The staff was very nice. We usually like to have breakfast included but this hotel did not serve breakfast. The bed was comfortable but it was too soft for my husband. It only had a shower and no bathtub. It would have been nice to have a large lighted mirror above the desk to put make up on while sitting at the desk. Also, a large clock in the room would have been nice."

"What a wonderful place to stay on our southwest family vacation. Staff was awesome Becky was very accessible by cell phone, always friendly and accommodating. The made to order breakfasts in Trapper's Den were FANTASTIC. The met my son's Celiac disease needs perfectly. A great way to start the day. On the outskirts of historic Williams, AZ TR is handy to Route 66 fun as well as within an hour of Flagstaff and other northern AZ offerings (Lowell Observatory, Sunset Crater Volcano, Meteor Crater). Also, was about an hour to the Grand Canyon. Enough about location. It is very close to the highway but were heard no road sounds whatsoever. BE CAREFUL of I-40 from Kingman. It is a pot-hole laden dangerous mess. We drove the historic Route 66 from Seligman eastbound as much as it was actually in much better shape! We stayed in the Squash Blossom Suite which had a king bed in one room and two twins in a trundle bed arrangement in the other room. Clean with fridge and microwave. It is laid out like a western town movie set. They formed a square around a relaxing central gazebo area that has many games for kids an hammocks. We only spent 2 nights but would like to stay longer sometime in the future. Very highly recommended for a family or couples if you are in this area."

Mark & Debbie went above & beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable and they really spoiled us! Not only was the food spectacular, but they offered gluten free options for everything! I had gluten free crepes, waffles, muffins, donuts, pasta, garlic bread & desserts!!! Oh, and you can look forward to the gf peanut butter cookies left on your pillow - amazing! No one has EVER done this for me before! Part of their exceptional service was also offering tourist tips as they wanted to ensure we had a good time every single day. We had a such a lovely visit and we will definitely stay with them again! Jim & Nikki Kern"

"This small town is about an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon, which is quite convenient. Many tourists choose to stay here. The rooms are basic comfort standards; the mattresses are incredibly soft, and it was quite comfortable to sleep in. The most unsatisfactory thing about the hotel was the thin floorboards. The footsteps of the guests upstairs, who got up before 6 am, were very loud and unpleasant, making it impossible for me to sleep. A simple breakfast is provided in the morning: a hot pancake, a glass of cereal and milk, and some scrambled eggs are enough to fill you up."

"The place was clean enough. There was nothing special about it. Coffee and granola bars for breakfast. The tenant next to us was supper noisy till 12pm. Not trips fault though"

"I stayed here the night before visiting the Grand Canyon. Honestly, it was many times better than a hotel I stayed at in Las Vegas that cost 30,000 yen for one night. The parking lot was also spacious and convenient. The only minor downside was the lack of laundry service. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay with no complaints. I'm also very grateful for the kind and courteous service when I checked out late without any extra charges."
