I was SO blessed by the honesty of the workers at this hotel. I unknowingly left my house key ring and didn't discover the loss till 2 days later. Called hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot was free, and the breakfast included in the package was decent. There are good restaurants within a 5-10 minute driving distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the days inn located in Williams Arizona. I called and booked over the phone with an employee named Ivon, and requested the king deluxe suit with the jacuzziin the room. She informed me of the price and after applying the Veteran discount the total came out to $163.22. I stay overnight and the next morning I go downstairs and request additional night. now the person Ivon says that my card is not gonna be charged until I check out. I say to let me know if she was going to run the card at that moment because I have my card locked so she says everything‘s taken care of. we go back to the room. We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public. The other day I rated one of Wyndham hotels poorly however, they do have some excellent places to stay! The La Quinta in Williams is one of them! Most noticeable is the front desk person we had who was the same person both times we stayed during a seven day trip to and from our final destination! The hotel is extremely dog friendly with a beautiful rear courtyard for the loved one! The room we rented was spacious and very clean and one can tell the cleaning staff take pride in what they do! Parking spaces are large enough for Pickups and the lot is easily maneuverable! Best of all, there is a restaurant next door to the hotel that actually lets your dog join you for dinner inside, that’s right…inside! So, if you’re like us and your Dog is your life, this is the place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon!

Booked this hotel in an emergency when other plans fell thru and got the last room. Great little hotel, expensive-ish, but the best deal in the area. Located about 20 mile from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Old hotel, with old rooms and decor, but very clean and the room was huge. Staff was great, restraunt was pretty darn good too. Would definitely stay again when visiting the south rim.

First - we LOVE Holiday Inn. Never had a bad stay at any of their properties. Everything’s always been up front as well with costs when booking. Not with this property. When our booked 2 night stay showed almost $100 in taxes, and having read reviews here about a “utility fee” I called the property to ask. The man who answered says it clearly shows on our reservation (it does not) and that it is a fee for utilities “because we are so close to the Grand Canyon, water is scarce, and we had to dig our own wells for water”. Direct quote. This hotel is newer but right next to the long existing train station right there in the middle of town and another new hotel that doesn’t charge for utilities or water (they have a “property fee” of $6/day that is clearly spelled out in total costs. I asked.). I would think Williams water supply was sufficient and there would be no need to dig a well - but who knows…. What I do know is I don’t want to pay a $30 a day fee for the hotels “utilities” and I don’t like that it’s hidden as “taxes”. I’d have to shower all day long to even come close to using $30 worth of water. I called corporate reservations and the agent had never in all his years heard of that fee and called to verify himself - sure enough the guy said it was for the multiple wells they had to dig for water.I’m sure the property is nice but I’m all for transparency and honesty. Just know your quoted cost is $30/day higher and it’s not spelled out but included in “taxes”.

Arrived at 0300 in the morning - Coincidentally, there was another couple that pulled in just ahead of me - They walked around a bit until they finally saw the sign and the after hours buzzer - Had hoped to arrive earlier, but it just didn't happen - Despite waking him up in the middle of the night, AB, was very friendly and receptive - He gave me Room 220 directly above the jacuzzi room There were a lot of recent renovations in my room - There was a convenient quad outlet above one nightstand that was very useful for charging devices, small refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker, desk area with dual outlets, storage for towels or clothing - The bathroom was adequate for a single person with a shower One of the things that attracted me to choose the Travelodge was the images of waffles for breakfast - Unfortunately waffles and toasted bread are no longer offered there - Breakfast is primarily juice, hot beverages and cereal I seriously enjoy Thai cuisine and Dara's Thai Twist is right across the street - They had the best Green Curry I have ever had - WiFi is offered at the Travelodge, but I found the WiFi at Dara's Thai Twist and Safeway was considerably faster I was in town to complete the Arizona Summer Six Pack of Peaks hike challenge - Overall my experience staying at the Travelodge was very positive and I would definitely stay there again

XXiaoanFair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌

GGuest UserUnderwhelmed. Under appreciated. Over priced and not what I expected. I booked in advanced and asked for an upgrade and was told there was none. There were not many quest staying there. All late check ins. Walked in the room and the room was like the weather outside 32 degrees or colder. The room was much smaller than I expected. Also, it is across the street from a train track and 3 times woken up my train horns. The wifi did not work and the next morning I had to go across the street to the lobby and walked in 22 degree weather. There was a big problem with the heater. I was either cold or too hot. Could not find that find line. I pointed the vent up and blocked it with a chair as it ran constant. That dis not work. I could not change rooms as the hotel was closed early. I politely address my problems and I was blown off by the young girl at the desk and I wanted to speak to the manager. I was not even contacted afterwards as I wanted to express my troubles to someone before I wrote this review. Now, I will check and I will read an apology which is a sign of weakness and unprofessionalism that neither I or other travelers could care less. So don't apologize when you get this review.

GGUOQIANGAfter going down the highway for a long time, I went to the hotel, but the road at the entrance of the hotel was under repair. The car couldn’t enter. Fortunately, it was rounded up under the guidance of Google. The parking lot was quite big and the parking was convenient. The English at the front desk is a bit curry. Breakfast is as simple as ever. In less than 20 minutes, there is a big store that complements the food and drink prepared for the Grand Canyon tomorrow. After shopping for things, strolling around the town, the town is very lively.
