A well priced hotel with reasonable good breakfast

Very nice hotel.

The altitude is over 1,000 meters. It was snowing and I couldn't see the surrounding environment clearly until dark. It's great to have such a hotel in a remote area. It's not close to anywhere, at least you can't walk there. Although the quilt looks thin, I didn't feel cold when I turned on the air conditioner.

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and tidy

We book with Holiday Inn Express for the breakfast. We have kids, so it's convenient & cheaper. We love their breakfast, no complaints there. This hotel in particular needs major repairs; it's outdated. Not dirty, but the need for repairs makes it appear ghetto. No housekeeping service until after the 3rd night. A family of 5, we need daily housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights...Williams is a charming little town though!!!!

We us a great time in Williams. The room itself was clean and nice. However the hallways were filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The pool was like a murky color and the hot Tub didn’t work which was a bummer. People book hotels for hot tubs because they don’t have one at home. A lot of people came into the pool and walked out when they felt room temperature water in the hot tub. The breakfast was great! Service was great!

Super friendly staff. Breakfast eas amazing just wish yhe pool was working. A fire pit with outdoor seating would complete it. Will definitely dtay there aguan though

The stay could of been better if only the room has some sort of exhaust. The room was so stiffling, it was hard to breathe and the place needs major construction and update. There was no air, no usb charging port anywhere and the bathroom was poorly painted/fix. The toilet paper was also half used, cant imagine where my money went.. i would of left if the front desk lady wasnt nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was freezing they said the thermostat was broken. The door was also not working they had to let us in. The pool towels were gone but front desk was awesome and brought us some to use.

The pull out couch is small. Would maybe fit two toddlers or just one teenager.

Close the the Grand Canyon railroad was the biggest plus. At first the hotel seemed ok. Relatively clean but there was hair on the shower wall, some coffee stains on the bed spread, and a presumably used bindi on the bathroom counter. The beds were hard which I can deal with but pillows were horrible. Then came the noise. We were in the second floor and I feel like I could hear everything happening the third floor rooms above. Our sleep here was miserable and I would not return.

Our stay was good. The desk was friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for the polar express, the reason for our visit. The only thing was the beds are terrible. Like, so bad. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

It is a newer facility with a very quiet environment! Comfortable beds!
