Super hotel for a low price. Breakfast was really very good. A recommender. We were there one night because we had to be there early in the hospital. The evening in the bar was also pleasant with a delicious beer / wine there

There really is nothing physically wrong with this property. A nice looking property that is not really old and with decent facilities. Guest rooms are a bit small but appropriate for the Mercure brand and quit well appointed and A/C that works. No, the issues are all related how this property is run. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are simply not clean, with dirty toilets and mold on the tile. The wall mounted shampoo container was empty upon arrival and never replenished. If one takes a closer look at the overall quality of housekeeping in the rooms, once comes to the conclusion that it really is quite terrible. The carpets in the public areas are dirty and in desperate need of shampooing or replacing. The property has a ” great room” that is used for meetings and get togethers. But it is also used for screaming children early in the morning, although this room is surrounded by an atrium arrangement with many guest rooms. Net, net - this property needs to either step up or find a new management company. The only positive I can come up with is that the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good, the environment is very beautiful, the room is nice, there is a kettle, the reception is very enthusiastic, the hygiene is also very good, very satisfied, next time I go to live here

I booked this on a last minute and I paid for it. The room was okay but lacked many of the amenities I am used to. The beds are rock hard and is difficult to get a good nights rest. The internet is absolutely horrible!!!! I even paid for the upgrade and it still crashes. There is no gym/pool so no ability to get a workout in. The restaurant that is attached is way overpriced with a limited selection. To top it off I had to flag my server to pay in the kitchen and I witnessed a mouse run from one side to the other. Needless to say I have not eaten anything there again. This hotel should only be considered if it is a last option.

The breakfast was not included in the order. I went to the hotel and asked the waiter. They said that they included breakfast, so if you want to consult anything, you should go to the store or call and ask.

Room and bathroom were small but comfortable, shower was good and the online check-in and automatic check-out is a very nice option that will save you time. Reception had limited hours but they were very helpful and friendly and the WiFi was your typical hotel WiFi, usable for basic browsing and checking your e-mail. It's well situated, about a 5 minute walk from Rheydt Hauptbahnhof, restaurants and both a supermarket and kiosk close to the hotel. It's close to a fairly busy street so it can be a bit noisy with the window open (but decent with it closed), I brought some earplugs, they're your friends.

Due to Exhibition in town, prices 4-5 times higher!! For what?!?! Additional € 2,50 for steam bath... rooms are not lightened well, you cannot sit & work... Wifi miserable... small group did very loud private music in the bar... you cannto get any conversation with your colleagues...;-(( Very friendly staff !

One star 🌟 is still too much! We are goldmembers but the unfriendly staff doesn't seem to know what that means. Upgrade: no free breakfast for accompanying person : had to be searched Late check-out: according to the website until 16:00 Reality is here 13:00, although please don't disturb the sign at the door already at 10.40, When you want to go, despite the agreement with the reception. Restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday and Sunday because of wealth 🤪 There you can better sleep in the car and have more service 🤣

The hotel is relatively new, the surrounding environment is good, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is very good, very professional, you can print for free, send a kettle to the room, the room is cleaned better, very suitable for business trips. There are Chinese restaurants, basketball courts, tennis courts, football fields, etc. around, and it is very convenient to go to the city.
