The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.

The hotel has luggage storage service at the front desk. Each person received a free cup of coffee both days. The room and lobby are clean and tidy, and they are cleaned and towels are changed every day.

We have been here for business for a few weeks and must say we have been very well looked after. The staff are all very friendly, will do anything they can for you and are all brilliant at what they do. Charlotte (the Food and Beverage Manager) is fantastic, always smiling and on hand to help out at seemingly all hours of the day. We cannot fault any of the team here, and we certainly haven't caught all of the names yet, but Maggie is one that we have and she is great too!

Very friendly staff , who are accommodating to your needs. Lovely bar area with a good choice of food on the menu. Only downside is paying £5.50 for a bottle of non alcoholic beer which is the same price as a full alcoholic beer. Special mention to Maggie behind the bar and to Charlotte the Food and Beverage manager who are extra friendly and welcoming.

Great location. Car parking in basement but no access to hotel from car park. Have to walk out through barrier and round the road.
