Absolutely love this hotel and the staff is great !!

First of all, we were on a budget trip to attend a wedding in the area. The Holiday Inn Express had good reviews and the price was right, so we made the reservation. The property, service and value were AMAZING! We have stayed at 4 and 5 star properties in the Boston area that weren't as nice as this property. The location was convenient to grab a dinner at a number of restaurants and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area was super clean and inviting. We will stay at this location again the future.

I had never stay in a Drury Inn, until a week ago. My family was always Marriott Club members. However; I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, staff, and property amenities. I will say, the staff is second to none, so willing and ready to help at any given time. I can honestly say, from housekeeping to the hotel manager, super helpful and very courteous. It's been a very long time since I have had this kind of experience at any hotel. I will never forget how you made my family and I feel from the minute we checked in, we felt very welcome. When I checked in, I told the young man I wanted to have a good experience and he said,”Yes Mam.” I had an awesome time. Thank you Drury Inn.

Where should I start!!! I booked my room weeks ahead of my visit (came to Cleveland to take my mom to her outpatient procedure at Cleveland Clinic). The day before my arrival I received the notification from the app to check in early which I did like many other times before at other Marriott hotels. Once I arrived at the hotel I went back to the app to open up my digital key and it wasn't there so I had to go to the front desk and of course it was several families checking in with a kids soccer team! So there goes 30 plus minutes of waiting. Once it was finally my turn I informed the clerk that my digital key was available on the app that I had requested because I didn't want to have to deal with stopping at the front desk. She says their policy is that you have to stop at the front desk to check in regardless of requesting a digital key(that I never received until my day of check out). Everything that I did on the app served no purpose I had to show my ID and swipe my credit card. A real inconvience because I have never had to do that since they started mobile check in. Now once I got checked in and went to my room which I had requested a king suite with a balcony. The elevator was clean, the hallways were clean and the most of my room was clean until you got to the furniture. I have never seen furntiture so dirty and nasty in my life! I called the front desk to ask to be moved but was told that if they moved me I would be in a smaller room with no price change. So of course I stayed where I was because that room most likely was in the same condition as the one that was in. The bed linen was clean but I still sprayed it and everything else down with Lysol and I took thr additional sheets to cover the furniture to be able to sit on them. The area that the hotel is in is great, tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Overall the stay was not horrible but the room needs some deep cleaning and all the furniture needs to be thrown out.

I stayed here twice recently - once heading west and then heading back home. It was convenient to the highway, which was one feature that I was looking for. On my way out there, I was on the phone with the day desk to relay that I might be getting in a bit late, but wasn't sure if I could make it due to snow on the way, etc. He was very professional and courteous and helpful on the phone - it almost made me feel like a friend. When I got in at night, the night clerk was courteous, and everything went well. The room was no frills, and the bed a bit firm, but I slept well with no issues. The room was clean and served its purpose. The staff were good, as the day guy I talked to on the phone was at the desk in the morning and remembered that I was having difficulty in getting there the evening before. I also got a coffee from the coffee bar set up in the lobby to get me on the road. As I was quite satisfied with the room and staff and location - I reserved a room for 2 weeks later upon my return. I upgraded to one with a fridge and microwave since I had food with me. This also had a little writing desk, which I found useful. Again, staff were courteous - the day guy remembered me and greeted me, and the cleaning woman the next morning was very friendly and said that she remembered me from my earlier stay. As it was convenient, courteous and clean, I will be staying here again as I travel through Ohio.
