They were not serving food as they were very short staffed, so there was no food in the hotel or in here, terrible. The lady serving drinks was lovely tho and very apologetic for there being no food.

Stayed at the hideaway in windermere. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was a bit small but everything was clean. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. You also got a cake to take away each day. There were lovely gardens to sit in which we saw people doing. It was lovely and quiet with the town centre not yo far away. All in all we would go there again. Very friendly. I left my jacket and it was posted on to me so thank you

Turn up, no pin to get into building be aware! Try calling hotel phone number doesnt work. Lastminute.com offer no refund afterwards. Had to book another hotel for double, should have done that in the first place. It needs trading standards looking at this looking at the other reviews.
