Disappointing as the room we had initially was in need of update, very tired and extremely small. Springs gone in mattress, broken window hinge and blind, no covering on one window, toilet didn’t flush properly, water didn’t run away in sink. Generally below standard. Changed rooms after 2 nights and that room was much improved, although still very small.
On a plus the side location is great.

Tiny room, smelt of food from 6-10am. Not allowed to eat inside the room. Zero dedicated parking.

Lovely bed and breakfast right in the heart of Windermere hosts Rob and Tanya who are very accommodating to guests needs . Breakfast was great and filled us up for the day Location is approximately 100 metres from the main hustle and bustle of windermere Main Street Ample parking available on surrounding streets or car park opposite the B&B (payable- bit to be expected in lakes) !!

Booked a couple of days away with my teenage son to climb helm crag and stayed at this lovely guest house the rooms were really clean the location is perfect and the host we’re really friendly will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the Lake District

Fantastic guesthouse. The hosts couldn't do enough for you. Room was spotlessly clean as was the whole house. It is situated a few minute walk from Windermere and about a 20 min walk down to Bowness. A stunning place to stay, will definitely return. Thanks for a great few days.

The hosts were so lovely and accommodating, and the room was gorgeous, clean and had fantastic views. It was situated in the town centre and only a ten minute walk from the lake. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Windemere!

Property was small and in a congested area. As I had a car, it would have made more sense to stay away from the city center in a nicer, and quieter neighborhood. Okay for solo travelers and backpackers.

Spent the weekend at Autumn Leaves Guest House and was welcomed by Rob and Tanya who were great hosts. A lovely, clean Guest House close to bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for a day’s walking. Would definitely stay here again. Sophie & Jodie
