Brilliant location and fantastic hosts. Both so helpful and helped make the trip even better with guidance and recommendations! Lovely room and a great breakfast in the morning. Really good value for money and an added bonus to be able to use the health club as well Car parking perfect as well.

Lovely place to stay. Easy walk to Bowness or Windermere. Car parking on the grounds. Rooms are lovely, nice and warm n the winter. Breakfast is fantastic and the owners are the most welcoming hosts you could wish to meet. You could not ask for a better place from qhich to explore the lakes.

The host (Beverley) was wonderful. She gave us lots of recommendations on where to eat and was always joyful whenever we spoke with her. The room (Room 6) was lovely and exactly as pictured and the breakfast was really tasty. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Recently stayed here for 2 nights. This is our 5th stay we absolutely love it here. Beverley and Neil are very helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 8 which is lovely, very clean and has a comfortable bed. Shower is amazing the room has everything you need. Breakfast was so nice with alot of choice. Thank you very much to both of you for making our stay very enjoyable

Lovely welcome from owners, had plenty knowledge of area which they were happy to share, fantastic breakfast with plenty choice,clean room, great location for both Windermere and Bowness, plenty parking as well and 5 mins from train station in taxi,

This was a home from home. We were greeting by Beverley and she helped us with the best locations for eating and walking etc. Our room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and good quality linen.
Breakfast was superb. Chosen the night before made you look forward to what you were having and after all that fresh air, you’re looking forward to it!
We only wished we could have stayed longer. I said it was like “staying at your Aunty Beverley’s house”. We know now this is the only place we will stay. We’re already planning our next visit.

Absolutely Amazing Guest House hosted by the wonderful Beverly! I stayed for 3 nights for a climbing trip to the Lakes - and everything was beyond perfection. The house itself, located a few minutes walk from central Windemere and 10 minutes from the station is full of charm and character and has ample parking. The rooms are spotless, organised and very comfortable. Breakfast - was delicious and prepared fresh to order each morning. Beverly and family have created a unique experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for one night to two weeks in the stunning Lake District. Thanks Beverly for making my stay so enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming. Tony

Bev and Neil are great hosts. Ideal location between Bowness and Windermere. Great breafast to kick start the day. Room clean,bed comfortable. All in all a great weekend topped with a great place to stay.
